If I could give this place a 0 stars I would. The customer service here is HORRIBLE. The young blonde lady that works there tries to make up for her HORRIBLE manager however he legit RUNS away ALL his customers and has the audacity to tell his customers “would you ask Walgreens for a deal” while going to a SMOKESHOP to buy things in bulk I would assume they would do a good price like the owner does and even the ORIGINAL blaze store in south beach. However, the Arab guy that is apparently “the manager” because the “owner” is his dad which I believe is a huge lie and if it is his dad should feel very ashamed that his son gives people that horrible attitude and belittles and looks down and even BANS them from shopping there because someone asked for a “deal” while buying over 500+ bags. Regardless I would’ve bought them without the deal or with the deal but it’s the looking down on someone because they asked if you guys do “deals”. Would never go there again!!!    Read moreI had a experience, at Blaze Smoke Shop recently that left me feeling quite disheartened. I purchased an AL Fakher. Berry Flavor shisha, only to discover that it had already expired. When I approached the shop seeking a resolution the response I received was far from helpful or apologetic – it was indifferent and condescending.
The cashier showed no interest in the fact that they were selling expired products and of addressing the issue they suggested that I buy an expensive item. This lack of respect and dismissive attitude towards my concern truly saddened me.
I feel compelled to warn customers about this establishments disregard for product quality and customer satisfaction. They seem content, with selling expired goods and their strict "all sales are final" policy leaves you with no recourse. I strongly urge everyone to approach their shopping with caution and consider whether this level of service meets your expectations. It certainly fell short of mine.

However, unexpectedly, the battery of the cigarette drained, which left me feeling disappointed. As a conscientious customer, I approached the sales representatives in hopes of receiving assistance in replacing the defective product.
To my dismay, my request was met with an unfavorable response - they refused to replace it and suggested that I purchase a new cigarette instead. This was particularly disheartening, considering that the malfunction was solely related to the battery, which cannot be recharged.
Such an attitude from the sales staff left me in shock. I had expected better service and understanding from them. I now not only feel disappointed but also harbor negative emotions. I hope that in the future, this store can pay more attention to the quality of their products and improve their customer...
