Let's talk about over the top customer service from Manager Tracey and her staff. I purchased a beautiful mirrored glass workstation that had my name on it, meaning by any means necessary I was determined to have it in my bedroom. The table wouldn't fit into my car so Tracey was nice enough to take it apart so it would fit. I figured that I would be able to get someone to help me put it back together(honestly it wasn't that difficult to do, I just needed help at home) no one helped me. I rented a truck, brought the table back to the store so someone could put the screws back in for me. I caught Tracey as she was just leaving to go home, bag in her hand, she put her things down and with the help of 2 staff members put the screws back in. Oh yeah Tracey laid down on the store floor to put those screw back in because it was easier. On the downside, because the inventory changes frequently, it can be hit or miss — sometimes you find exactly what you want, other times you might have to come back again. The store can get busy, especially on weekends, making it a bit crowded.

Very disappointed. My wife received invitation to premier viewing of store on June 23, 2017 from 4-7 prior to grand opening to everyone. We tried to get in; however, they were letting everyone in, not just those with TJX Rewards. They weren't even checking at door to keep others out. It was a madhouse, which I'm sure Home Goods appreciates, but not for preferred customers. We actually tried to shop and put quite a few items in our cart but the line to check out was ridiculous so we just left and went to another store and spent my money. All in all it was a very disappointing event and I feel that your advertising in the form of an invitation to preferred customers for a premier viewing was false...
