Five Guys — Restaurant in North Myrtle Beach

Listen, I really like Five Guys. I really do. What I like: like 20 different toppings to choose from, free. And great fries. Also love their shakes. What I want them to change: Your pricing has become outrageous. You are driving customers away. How often can a couple spend $40 for lunch on 2 burgers, drinks and a small fry? Season your burgers. After you pile on the toppings I have to tear it all apart to put some salt and pepper on the burger. Please season the burger before you serve it to me. Lastly, how about finding a bun that can stand up to all those toppings. If you get more than 2-3 toppings, the bun disintegrates less than half way through. I really like Five Guys. But because of your pricing we have gone from going at least once a month to once a quarter, if that. And if you raise your prices again, you've lost our business. Maybe that doesn't matter to you. I am a local and this restaurant is very close to my home. I must say the service is awful. I have ordered twice in the past month and both times the order was incorrect. I speak very good English and the order was taken correctly. However. The prep team is too busy talking among themselves to pay attention. They find it to be a bother to cook and prepare what is ordered. The employees are talking about personal business and in one case extremely inappropriate. Loud enough the entire restaurant heard. I went in to Five Guys restaurant in North Myrtle Beach tonight at 6:45 pm. They had a long line of customers waiting and people waiting for their food. There were 3 young men working very hard to take care of everyone. They all worked together to take care of the orders. Shakheem would take some prefers and thanked us for our patience. Then would go and help the other two (I don’t know their names), as they were cooking and getting orders bagged up all while being very calm and pleasant.
