Ashley is always amazing when she does the lives. Gives great info, if the item has stretch or not is important for me when buying Lilly. Will point out any flaws in bags if any exist. I usually watch the entire live when Ashley is on! She has great personality! I do want to mention that I purchased a top for 20.00 but the store tag said 11.99 a Marshal type store tag. The original tag was 25.00 but Marshal price was 11.99. When I messaged the store, Heather responded . I needed to send pics, which I did so they refunded me 8.01 so I paid they Marshals price! I questioned this and got a sarcastic reply. Needless to say I wasnât happy, it really wasnât about the couple bucks but the point of buying second hand is for discount prices!    Read moreI wouldn't advise anyone to sell their items at this store; if possible, go somewhere else. They will lowball you, even if the item is brand new with tags. I called the day before I came and asked what items they were looking for at the moment; they stated winter and fall and new items with tags. I particularly asked her about sweaters, and she said yes. I took 2 bags of 2 bags of brand-new sweaters and sweater dresses that still had tags on them and 10 pairs of brand-new boots. They were all in season; they took 10 items and a Brahmin purse that retails for $340 and gave me $43. They had picked out about 7 brand sweaters with the tags on them, but for some reason, the lady decided not to purchase them after they were placed on the counter. What Style Encore has that the âmega shopping networksâ have lost is the intimacy of two way dialog! Viewers develop ownership feelings like they have a personal stake in the store operations by being encouraged to ask for certain sizes and styles; or particular designers ; or just whatever is displayed in the background! They feel âheardâ and acknowledged and important. They also read each otherâs comments and get to know each other! I have witnessed a customer buy an item for another customer and tell the staff to bill them! The customer wanted the scarf for a family member who had breast cancer, and the generous customer was a survivor.....Style Encore Myrtle Beach has great staff who are supported totally by the manager, Nikki!
