The Mole Hole — Local services in North Myrtle Beach

DO NOT BUY PANDORA FROM THIS DEALER!!!!!! My husband and I have bought 95% of my pandora charms, bracelets, necklaces and rings from this store for 10+ years. I have a pandora jewelry box which holds 5 fully filled charm bracelets, 3 charm necklaces and 2 rings. The other 5% were gifts from our children so I’m not sure where they purchased them. I had a bracelet that broke. In the past they have replaced the product that broke whether it was a bracelet or a charm. Today I went in and asked for assistance with pandora and a nice lady said “let me get you our pandora specialist “, I showed the lady my broken bracelet and asked if it could be replaced. She said “ if it was purchased within 30 days and you have a receipt “, this was very different as in the past they replaced it. I then asked if she could replace the broken pandora charms that occurred and she said “ if it was purchased in the last 30 days and you have a receipt “. I then asked about having the charms cleaned “if you purchased them in the last 30 days and have the receipt “. She did absolutely nothing to assist with my years of Pandora purchases. Clearly they were Pandora products and not knock offs. I don’t know if this is a new rule at the The Mole Hole, Pandora or if she was just lazy. Very unfortunate for me. A few weeks ago my sister in law was in town and wanted to go to the Pandora at the Tanger Outlet. They were extremely helpful to her but I didn’t purchase anything as my loyalties have always been at The Mole Hole at Barefoot. No longer, our thousands of dollars will be spent at another Pandora dealer. This is very sad and frustrating but I want everyone to be aware what happens when you buy from this...

Big shout out to Eric Hanson and his amazing shop and staff in Barefoot Landing! "The Mole Hole" is by far one of our new favorite places for hidden treasures! Me and my girlfriend went in for a necklace and left with a beautifully hand crafted Sea Turtle! Crazy right? I'll post a picture and then you'll understand why lol There is an artist featured here by the name of "Matt Buckley" and his sculptures will really blow you away! You won't think you'll have the need for some of his work until you see his immaculate pieces! They are incredible! There are SOOOOOOO many other awesome things here as well! We come here every year from Ohio, Broadway and the beach and barefoot landing. We go to both of these stores. The one here at broadway at the beach the blonde hair lady is very rude. This store is pricey. I’ve bought jewelry from here some rings and Pandora jewelry. Well a ring I bought turned color and we told the lady and she’s like “well I mean you need to take care of it”. Well no duh. I have a lot of jewelry. Her whole attitude was like stuck up like she thought she was better than everyone because she worked there in a pricey store.
