Earthbound Trading Co. — Local services in North Myrtle Beach

Love Earthbound Trading Co. Went into the Barefoot Landing location on Sunday 8/25. There was a sign out front that said 'buy 1, get 1 50% off all clothing'. I browse the store and find 2 shirts (that I love) and a coffee mug. I leave the store not thinking much about it and take a look at my receipt wondering how it was so much money when I barely bought anything. I didn't receive any discount for the second purchased clothing item. My boyfriend goes back in and asks the cashier and he said that they leave the sign in the window on the weekend to bring in tourists and that they "forgot to pull the sign down".......... pls honor your discounts...

I don't know who out there is reading reviews for Earthbound, but if you want one here it is. It's essentially an upscale hippie store. Nice clothes and decorations that typically all have some "druggie" or holistic flair to them. Crystals, jewelry, and good selections of incense. It's all pretty nice stuff, and that being said they are quite proud of it, but still it's nice. The staff were all nice and attentive. And they did have some deals going on as well. It's a good store and I'm sure...

I really love looking at items in stores like this. In search of unique items to purchase and for gifts. I feel like I was asked too many times if I needed help. After awhile it doesn't feel welcoming. Even if it's coming with a smile. I'd definitely purchase more than I did if they'd stop offering me help looking around.
