I usually love going to this shop every time we're on vacation here in Myrtle Beach. We usually spend quite a lot of money here buying gifts for Christmas. This time it was a totally different experience. Upon entering the store I was treated very well. I was looking at jewelry and the sells lady was very helpful when all of a sudden some lady walked in the door and interrupted our conversation. They appeared to know each other ( as the sales lady dropped me like a hot potato) I was completely ignored then. And I mean completely interrupted and ignored! The sales lady walked away when I was in mid sentence about a ring I wanted to look at and she was pulling in out of the case and quickly shoved it back into the case and quickly walked over to the lady. Wonderful place beautiful pieces when I went in on Sunday I believe and dealt with suzanna very nice . Bought 2 pieces Bracelet broke yesterday I went in today and my my Debbie is definitely different then Suzanna. I would of exchanged it. But with a quickness she shut me down. She wanted a receipt, couldn't even get out what was wrong. I said ok and got it out.i was taken back some what Then as she started to refund me she said proudly said would u like to return the ring too. I said ok sure I guess so...yes Wow.
