I recently bought a set of mattresses for my daughter's room at the North Olmsted store and it went great. No high pressure sales, which was a breath of fresh air. They gave me all the information for each type of mattress and answered all my questions, provided me with a written prices for the two I had narrowed down the search to and then told me to let them know if/when I was ready to purchase. No wheeling and dealing as I experienced at another store I went to. And was actually given options unlike the other store that I went to that told me that the mattress I was showed was what I needed so looking at anything else was a waste of time. He made several illogical claims about the bedframe to shift culpability, measured the divet, declared it not covered by warranty, but did kindly offer to have it shipped to be evaluted by the factory for free. Ultimately, I was out 1100$, no wonder people are going with brands that offer better return options. Go Saatva. You have a year to make up your mind and their warranty isn't half as ridiculous to...
