DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME ORDERING AHEAD!
Absolutely horrible staff! I placed an order in the app. I go thru the drive thru, and the girl tells me , it's not ready, come back in 5 minutes. I get out of line, 4 others go thru the drive thru getting food right away. I wait a few minutes, the app tells me my food is ready, I get back in line at the drive thru, now have 3 cars in front of me. Again, the girl tells me my food isn't ready. Then claims she can't understand the plan English I was speaking. I refuse to get out of line, go up to the window. Again, the teenager is claiming she doesn't understand me. She says my food isn't ready, tells me the food on that side of the counter is for drive thru only. And that's why everyone ahead of me, who technically ordered after me, got their food right away. Tells me it's company policy on what food on what side of the counter goes to who. I ask to speak to the manager. Explain what is happening. She asks for me name, tells me it's not ready, but then goes over and gets my food, instantly. I explain to the teenagers, now two of them standing at the window, that I've never ordered ahead on any app, to get in line at the drive thru, to be told to get out of line and to wait to come back in 5 minutes. I said if that's your companies policy I said ok, I'll be contacting corporate. Their reply, I don't understand what you are saying. English is the only language I speak. So there was no communication barriers. My order consistent of a famous bowl and 2 sides. It was not a large order. This experience was 100% unacceptable...
Read moreI ordered an 8 piece bucket with an extra side and paid extra to upgrade my chicken to 4 breasts and 4 drumsticks. When I was handed my meal. I took it to my car and realized that my extra side was missing. When I went back inside to inquire about them, the cashier told me I TOOK the wrong order. I brought it back in, and they handed it to another customer. When they gave me another dinner, I asked if it was correct this time. She laughed at me and said yes. I took it and drove home, trusting her. When I started removing the meal, I had the wrong sides and the wrong pieces of chicken from what I ordered. I packed it back up and drove it back. Upon arrival, she looked at me and smirked. I asked if they wanted to try again. Almost without even looking, she says, "It's just the wrong chicken." When I told her the sides were wrong too, she got all flustered, repacked my meal with the same pieces of chicken, and added the correct pieces I initially asked for, reused the same biscuits, and gave me the correct side dishes. Needless to say, by the time I got the meal home to my waiting family, everything was cold, and the biscuits were hardened. It was very upsetting. No, I'm sorry or anything. I will not...
Read moreIf I could give no stars I would. The service is horrible, the drive through guy was nice but his female manager was a real b and that is putting it nicely. They forgot the biscuits in the over priced family meal and when I asked for the biscuits they were rude about it as I was leaving I told them bye and the female manager turned around like she was looking for an argument and asked "what you say". Wow, is what I thought and she definitely needs some coaching in customer service. The food was tasteless and soggy with grease, not the KFC that I remember from my childhood. I definitely will...
