Absolutely terrible customer service. First they showed up to work 15 minutes after they were supposed to open and there was a line of people outside waiting. Then when a person came to open the gates, she seemed annoyed that there were people here. When I sat in the chair, they spoke their own language the entire time and seemed to be complaining. The lady doing my nails didn’t say anything to me except “pick out your color” and “wait five minutes to dry”. It felt rushed and I’m questioning the sanitation of the store. They put a heap of clean towels directly on the floor, then put them into a bucket of water to be rolled and put into the towel warmer...who puts clean towels on the dirty floor, especially if they are wet and can collect dirt and germs. Lastly, the guy left the girl I came with without even doing a second coat of polish or putting her shoes back on....

It's not fair for the customers that are there on time. But even though my nail technician was late bc of previous customer she got me out in time and like always did an awesome. They need to make rules and enforce them so customers don't have to wait more...

The gentleman who did my nails did a nice job, however, I felt that I was a number being dealt with and out of the door for the next client. Oh, heaven forbid if you don't tip in cash. You'll get major attitude. A sign was posted recently stating to "make sure you have cash for tips". Really!!!! I have taxes deducted from my entire pay. Not just a portion of it..........enough...
