The absolute worst experience I have ever had at a Chipotle. I have been eating chipotle every single day of the week at this place, and today will be my last time. I ask the girl for one full scoop of chicken and one full scoop of brisket. She asks me if I want four. I say one. She proceeds to give me 4 scoops and they try to charge me over $30 when I specifically said one full scoop of each. The girl did not understand English well and thought I said 4 scoops when I said one full scoop. I said you guys need to work on your English. Then another girl working who was young and very snobby said to me very rudely that “this is a Hispanic place, that’s like me saying you should learn Spanish.” I couldn’t believe she had the nerve to say that to me. Being able to understand simple English should be a REQUIREMENT if you are taking orders from people. Why should I have to learn how to speak Spanish so the workers can understand me to get my order in when we live in America and the national language is English? I’ve been coming here every single day for a while now and spend over $20 every day and give you guys so much business and this will be the last time I ever come here. I should be able to ask for a full scoop of chicken without being ridiculed by employees who are racist towards white people. I understand this is a Hispanic place, but again a basic understanding of English should be required if you’re asking people what they want in their bowl. I don’t have the time to learn how to say my order in Spanish so the workers can understand me, and I can’t believe an employee suggested I do that. I urge everyone to stay as far away as possible from this place. Nobody should have to experience racism when trying to order a bowl because I can’t speak Spanish. You guys lost a customer who comes to this store every single day of the week. Employees are always hanging out and being loud and obnoxious in groups at the table next to the register regularly as well. Read moreI came in to Chipotle and ordered me and my husband's typical order that I usually have everytime and I typically pay around 30 dollars but today my order rang up at 50 dollars and I'm trying to figure out why so I go on my app and place the same order I asked for and it does show the price of 30 dollars and I show them this to try and figure out why is there a huge price difference and instead of handling the situation the manager made it even worse..I came in around 8:30 at night but when I explained the situation to her and I show her my phone and what each of my bowls say she sees the error but then proceeds to tell me that she has to charge me whatever her screen shows her and I was like okay well if that's the case can you make my order exactly how I have it on my app because 50 dollars is a lot for Chipotle especially since it's a big difference from what I get this is not my first time ordering at Chipotle. She began to have an attitude and take deep breaths and trying to calm herself down like that is not how anyone should act especially if they are a manager that is not proper customer service at all that was very disrespectful because I wasn't even asking for my food for free I just said I needed it made exactly how I have it on my app because in reality if I said I don't want it you would have had to throw it out regardless like I don't understand what the issue was at all. Read moreThis location has really gone downhill. I will not be back after today's experience. I placed an online order, it was supposed to be done at 6. I arrived at 5:55, and waited, watching them put order after order up on the to go stand. By 6:15 I stepped up to the register to ask if they had my order. He didn't have a receipt for it and blamed it on the printer breaking. So he looked it up, had my name in the computer, and said he would start it right away. Ok great, I'm happy, waiting again. While waiting, they ran out of cheese, steak, and guacamole. All were in our order. By 6:40 I was still waiting, and starting to get frustrated. Upon finding that my food was still not even started, I asked for a refund. He said he couldn't but again said he would start making it immediately. They had no nutritional facts for the food, which I needed in order to see which substitutions I could eat for the food they ran out of. 10 more minutes, still no food, I said forget it, just give me a refund. He said they couldn't and I had to call the phone number. They didn't know the phone number. I could not find one online either. They finally said call 1800 chipotle, so I did but it was only for catering orders and could not talk to a person or get refunds there. I finally left with no food and no refund. My husband went in, since I was too frustrated. After over an hour of waiting, he finally got them to make food for us, and it ended up being horrible, watered down, and just poor quality all around.
