I’m changing this review because initially I did receive the help I needed to purchase the couch, but then less than 5 weeks of having the living room set it broke. The furniture was made of particle board and I made 4 phone calls in the span of 2 weeks to get it fixed. The repairman claims to have showed up at my house during a time I was here but I guess I didn’t hear them at the door even though my work from home office is next to the front door. I will say that Steven did try his best to find a couch for me but the 2 options that were available were made of similar material and had we gotten those couches we would’ve most likely been in the same position within weeks. I had a pick up time scheduled to pick up the couches after deciding not to keep the broken set and 1.5 hrs after the scheduled window they were unable to pick up the couches so we rescheduled. I started receiving txt saying they were going to charge my card but I was reassured they would not charge me for the broken set that they were suppose to pick up but didn’t. The couches then get picked up on the rescheduled day and I thought all was well. I still received a txt about a missing payment so I call again and to be sure I will not be charge for a set that not only is broken but also not in my possession. In that phone call I’m reassured once again I will not be charged. Now the very next day I get a txt thanking me for my payment. Why? Because they charged my card. I really hope they can get this resolved but at this rate I have called dozens of times in hopes of some resolution and continue to be disappointed.

Read moreI’ve used them in previous years. I went to this specific location, because they had what I was looking for brand new. I asked what all was needed, so I could be proactive on my part. Being that I was in a car accident and needed my bed ASAP. Spoke with Davion (sales manager). He informed me that they would be able to deliver to me the following day As long as my references checked out. (Not a problem bc they did) My problem came when. I had to keep calling to see what the hold up was. Davion claimed oh we need to verify with your leasing office. I’m like you didn’t say that before. I could’ve provided you with my new lease. (Which is what I’ve done before) Then he states he need to confirm my job. What was the point of me logging into my company system and emailing you my current payslips? Then when I said forget it cancel my order. He asks if I received an email confirmation of the return. I said no which he already knew the answer to that. I informed that I needed a copy for my records. He said oh you’ll have to drive to the store and get a copy. It’s against their legal policy to take a picture of the receipt and email or mail it. Full of crap. Then he handed the phone to a Philip whom tried repeating. The very same nonsense that Davion was giving. He said the general manager was going to call me. The general manager never called and I still don’t have my receipt. Horrible communication across the board. Do better set expectations...
Read moreWas good in the beginning, we were always on time with our payments. There were a few times that we called and nicely asked for a day or two extension so we could get the money. We paid weekly. We ended up getting a chair. First chair broke the first week or two, they replaced it. The second chair broke a few months later, and they compensated us what we owed, which was nice. But instead of getting a new chair, we waited two months for a part they ordered and our chair was never fixed. My husband paid for our stuff on a Monday, we received a call days later from "S" and very unprofessionally was yelling at my husband and accusing him of not paying... In which my husband did. My husband told "S" listen, and broke down all the payments. "S" was wrong, but both my husband and him swapped apologies. They were also running transactions without permission, luckily, we have multiple cards and would swap money. They said they took our card off file, but transactions were still made. We called and asked them to come get the furniture because we were feeling done with buddy's. The moving guys were lovely, Chris is also lovely as well! A few days later after surrendering, they ran another transaction... We didn't even have the furniture anymore.
