Home Zone Furniture — Local services in North Richland Hills

So i was supposed to do this review about a week or so ago but i got held up with the furniture assembling I totally forgot to make one but here i am. My wife and bought a bed set from Home Zone’s old location and it lasted us almost 7 years till we had to move again. So that bed set is staying for who knows how long it’ll go but all I know is that is quality stuff. It’ll last the next owner pretty much his whole teenage life upon my experience and prediction of the quality life left on the set. Anyways we introduced my in-laws to this place and they’ve been loving the place and here we are refurnishing our new house with Home Zone, we’ve looked around and my wife and I just agreed that Home Zone got the best quality and the price behind its products. We trust that these new furnitures will last us a long while as we milk the worth of every penny out of these along the way ha! Now let’s talk about their service, honestly I thought they were a bit pushy just because I thought they get paid with commission but no.. after learning so I realized it’s just how they do things in there - great friendly service. It’s a huge place so sometimes when you are all the way towards the backend of the store, you don’t have to run to the front to ask a question. Within a few minutes you’ll see someone coming around the corner which I find extremely convenient. Also I opted to pick up my own furnitures (for the second time cos I’m pretty handy with putting furnitures together & also save me some money) the guys in the warehouse are operates in a very respectful manner. I had an idea of how to pack the load but they suggested some ideas and mind you it was completely different from mine but it worked great in loading, securing the load and also unloading the boxes - made a smooth sequence. They really worked with me throughout the whole process and honestly never really felt left out. Christian helped us throughout picking our furnitures and also worked out a few routes for us to buy the most while we stay below and not breaking out budget. To also mention, they do have payment plans and not just one but multiple payment plans you can work with so I does give you that peace of mind knowing you will get your goods while saving at the same time, or choosing a payment plan that’s right for your budget and then run with it with without the worry. Just knowing you’re getting quality with your money is as reassuring and rewarding as it comes. So thank you Christian, also Christian and I talked for a good minute I learned he’s really good with legos and also spent a few years in the hardware section where they put together the furnitures before they rolled them to the front.. so I believed the rest of what he talked about when he was discussing the quality behind the furnitures they are selling so it’s great to have somebody like Christian in the mix of a great team. We got the Avon king bedroom set, the Marilyn queen bedroom set, and (not too sure) a ‘destroyer?’ dinner table with 6 chairs made the house feel full! Now we’re going to come back for the couch in a few to seal the deal. All of this was a great experience even better learning that this is a Texas owned company gives it that stamp of approval! What more can I say? Nada! Finito! Case closed! Done deal! Hasta La Vista for sure baby see ya laters!...

We were very satisfied with our delivery, as we were with our previous purchases from Home Zone. The delivery team , as before, were on time and courteous. We do appreciate the consistent service and great value we've received from Home Zone and its staff. The next day we were in Hudson Oaks and near the Home Zone location there and I wanted to see if the store had the same model my wife had purchased I do want to commend the tall gentleman (name unknown, unfortunately) who gave up an "up" in the sales rotation to take the time to show me the recliner model on the salesfloor identical to the one my wife had purchased at the North Richland Hills store the day before. Even after we told him we just wanted to see the recliner model she had already purchased, he was interested, and very attendant to fully describe, locate, and fully demonstrate the stores display of the same model my wife had selected /purchased at the other Home Zone location the day before when I was at work. Once the demonstration was over, and all our questions were answered, he politely excused himself and went back to await the next customer. Absolutely a truly caring salesperson, and a credit to the store for having him on its staff. ...

After looking for a Mid Century Modern bedroom set in the DFW metroplex area, from Rooms to Go, Macy's , Ashley Furniture, Weirs Furniture and Havertys (which we truly fell in love with the Ashford Park at Havertys, the price not so much), we decided to check Home Zone. We were truly impressed with the quality and the options available on bedrooms sets at their store in North Richland Hills. We were greeted by Paola, who is very energetic, informative and explain the different options between 3 model of bedroom sets we set our eyes on. Their Mid Century Modern bedroom collection is very pretty, good quality built and exactly what were looking for, besides the price of the one at Havertys. The night stands are on the smaller side but very elegant and practical. We saved over a $1000 compare to the model we previously liked. Thanks to Paola and her professionalism, it was an easy purchase process, very thorough on all the details from warranty, extended warranty, delivery information and expectations. Paola showed her passion for her job and her clients. Kudos to Home Zone for having people like her who is willing to make the purchasing process seemless ...
