Half of Half Name Brand Clothing — Local services in North Richland Hills

I shopped in this store all the time before I moved out of the area. On a visit back I went in to shop , took my purchases and stood in line behind a lady with a very large cart full of clothes. After standing in line well over 10 minutes the line grew behind me. At least 10 other people were in line and the line had split between the only two registers that were open. At that point, a cashier called Consuela to the front to help. And she began to explain that there was only one line once she got there . As I was next I went to her open register. She told me ma'am there's one line and called the lady from my left to come over instead of me. I was in line well before this lady. I explained to her that we were not told that there was only one line until just then and that I had been in line before all of the other people that were up there. And another customer behind me said yes she's been standing here for quite a while. I put my clothing on the counter and the lady would not even make eye contact with me. She refused to start ringing up my clothes. Then the customer she called over said no me next. I explained to her the same thing I explained to the cashier. At that point the rude cashier says something in Spanish to the cashier next to her and the other cashier wave her on and said yeah. I guess she verified that I had been standing there before they decide to stay there was only one line. I should have left the clothes and walked out. Worst shopping experience ever. The staff is so rude and inconsiderate. If there is one line there needs to be signs posted and they need to tell people that before the line is 10 people deep at each register. I will not be coming back to...

Buyers Beware!!!!!! Very deceiving advertising. Was told about this place by a friend decided to go check it out and upon walking in signs everywhere saying "3 day sale everything 90% off except pink tags!". I got excited as things were already pretty cheap. Got a cart full of stuff for my boys only to get to register and get told it's off the "retail" price. Now mind you there are no original retail prices on the merchandise. Only their store brand tags. And even my receipt shows discount taken off was only 60% not the 90% as advertised all over the store. And when I was confused at the register questioning the prices and signs the cashier was very short and rude. I was already embarrassed and the line was long and had to go through deciding what to put back. And that was after being in the store for nearly 3 hours going through racks finding my kids clothes thinking I'd have enough to treat myself. When buying make sure you check clothes for their irregularities! Not very organized all women's clothes seemed to be seperated by size if that. Some dresses were seperated but it was more of a free for all on the racks which is why we were in store so long looking. I did leave with a couple good suit coat finds for my boys which is what I went there for. But not sure I will...

Great prices for some new clothes that might need some mending, buttons, etc. The Store has a back room with clothes priced at .99 cents. Some people buy carts full of clothes, jewelry, shoes, bedding sets at great discounts. All the new merchandise is being priced reasonably. Sign in for Einsider membership to get the emails and the good deals. Every week is a different deal. Good to check it out. I spent easily more than 1 hour, but come out super satisfied. Clothes are new, but some have a little or a big damage, need to be carefully checked. 7 days to return, no cash back, only credit for exchange. I am giving my opinion about the North Richland Hills. I have not checked the other locations. Update as of 03/28/18 _ the room in the back was closed. I do not know if the 99 cents deals will be back. The new good prices are $1,$2 & $3.
