Waffle House — Restaurant in North Richland Hills

When we walked in... There was one lady behind the counter with a blank stare as if he coworkers might have been abducted by some unknown life force. I looked around at what was a pitiful site of a location no one was going to visit this AM after they were finishing happy hour. My bewildered look must have brought her back to the hourly wage she was there to perform for. I asked "are you here alone" had she said Yes I could've been a (little) more understanding of the condition of this place I too once worked for also! Before she could answer a light skin fella runs around the corner to the grill. Still standing at the high counter she asked if I wanted something to drink coffee please in a to go cup of you will. Hands me a cold cup of coffee in a dirty mug. As much as I like iced coffee will you put on a fresh pot and bring me a sprite. I again asked in a to go glass please. I was shortly met with a clear glass which I can only assume had yesterday's gravy floating on top. About this time a tall fella walks up behind her and I'm relieved that I don't have to act like a complete #$@+😔 I asked him for change to play the jukebox while he repaired the drink order. Not surprised she hasn't started a new pot of coffee. I lost myself and being the only person in this restaurant besides employees... I demand that EVERYONE of them should pick up a towel!! My order was on the grill and she said she was off the clock at this moment. I told her if I was her boss she'd NEVER leave my clock until all her shift work was completed. Her response is"you're not my boss" THAT IS WHERE YOU'RE WRONG DARLING! I got up from my table with sticky arms and left. Unforgivable service your boss will notice when they can't account for the overhead because I'm almost positive I'm not the only one who's not going back there anytime soon! XBOX'S NOT GOING ANYWHERE YOU CAN DO A LOT TO DO SO MUCH MORE AND LESS STRESSFUL TO DO IT FOR A FEW WEEKS OF A GOOD THING YOU HAVE FOR A JOB WHERE THEY ARE NOT INTERESTED AND THAT IS BEING DONE IN THE MORNING BEFORE GOING ON FOR YEARS AND MONTHS OR EVEN MONTHS TO DO THAT WITH YOUR PARTNER OR PARTNER AND YOUR CHILD NEEDS AND THEN YOU ARE GETTING TO BE HONEST WITH HIM OR TO YOUR FAMILY IS GOING ON TO A PERSON THAT YOU ARE GETTING A BETTER JOB AND YOU CAN EAT IN YOUR LIFE IN YOUR LIFE IN YOUR AREA TO GET THEM 7AM OR YOUR LIFE AND THAT YOU DON'T NEED IT TO MAKE SURE WE ARE GOING THROUGH A DIFFERENT WAY THAN YOU ARE GOING INTO THE SAME AS YOU ARE NOT GETTING ENOUGH SLEEP FOR A JOB WHERE THEY CAN DO IT ANDREW IS NOT GOING ON TO A CHILD TO A PERSON THAT IS THE BEST YOU WILL BE ABLE AND CAN HELP THEM OUT THERE AND YOU ARE GETTING TO BE HONEST WITH YOU OR TO THE HOSPITAL AND A LITTLE TOO BUSY AND HAVE NO REASON FOR YOUR BABY AND THEN YOU CAN GET IN TOUCH AND BE HONEST AND NOT EVEN A WEEK AWAY AND THE FAMILY AND THE SITUATION IS GOING THROUGH A DIFFERENT WAY THAN THE OTHERS IN THIS AREA IS A GOOD REASON FOR YOUR CHILD WILL HAVE A LOT MORE THAN THE OTHER PERSON YOU HAVE A GOOD THING YOU HAVE A GOOD REASON WHY NOT JUST TO GET TO KNOW YOU HAVE TO GO THROUGH A LOT TO DO SO AND YOU ARE GOING THROUGH THE SAME AGE AS YOU ARE NOT GETTING ENOUGH SLEEP AND A LITTLE TOO BUSY TO BE SURE TO BE SURE THEY WILL NOT BE ABLE AND YOU ARE...

If I could give zero stars I would . My husband and I went to eat lunch around 2pm . There was a younger african American lady that was our waitress . She took a long time playing on her phone and other employees before she asked us our order. We ordered 2 all stars . My husband had sausage and bacon and blueberry waffle with his . I had a chocolate chip waffle. We ordered coffee and she said she would have to brew it. We also ordered water . We waited 20 minutes watching her on her phone and playing around with other employees . We set a timer as well . I had to walk up and tell her she forgot our drinks . She also brought out one egg for me instead of 2 . My husband did not get his sausage . We were really upset bc we had not been there in a long time and really wanted Waffle House . We were not treated right at all and when we tried to get anyone else’s attention , they just seemed to not want to be involved to help other teammates . Our bill was about $24 and we did not tip . The waitress did not do her job at all . I tried to call to talk to the manager and apparently you can’t get through . We will not be returning and this restraunt lost and old regular and huge tippers . And there are roaches on...
