Did an okay job. I asked to engrave a name across a water bottle and gave the chosen font. I assumed it would be written with a combination of Upper and lowercase letters with the chosen cursive font and they assumed all uppercase. Did not turn out as expected but have to keep it since the bottle was 60 dollars and a gift.

Make sure you are careful because they valued expediency over customer satisfaction. We did receive it a day earlier than expected, however it was not the anticipated end product.

I placed an order on 10/06 and my order was to be ready today 10/23. I go to pick up my order when they open and my order is not even started!! Of course I’m irritated and they tell me to come back in an hour or so. Totally inconvenient so I left and had to go back and my order was finally ready.
