Johnny and eddy came out today to look at my washer. I had an appointment scheduled from 1-4pm. They called around 11 and asked if they could come sooner! Which is always a win in my book. They came and were extremely friendly and knowledgeable about what they were doing. My washer wasn’t draining and after the evaluation Johnny seemed to think that the drain motor had gone bad. So I scheduled a follow up appointment for next week to get it replaced. Well shortly after Johnny and eddy left they called me and said Max we are sitting here eating lunch and just thinking about your washer and was wondering if we could come back and look at a couple more things jus to make sure. And sure enough this professional was on his game. Found a sock that was plugging the pump. Hands down the most friendly and caring repair man I have ever met. If you don’t use Johnny’s you are missing out. Don’t take any chances, call Johnny’s and get your stuff done right by two people who care about you. And care about what they are doing....
Read moreI recently used Johnny's Appliance Repair in Sneads Ferry to work on our refrigerator. We were having issues maintaining a cool temperature inside this brand new GE over engineered refrigerator. I called them for service and they had someone out to me the next day, quick and on time. Jacob arrived and got right to work on working out a solution. It wasn't obvious what was wrong, but he was willing to take the time to try several things. He replaced one part, but unfortunately it did not correct the issue, so 2 days later he came back and replaced another part, which seems to have fixed our issue. All this happened without even asking me for a penny at this point. They made it clear that I wouldn't be responsible for parts that they replaced, if they didn't fix the issue and held true to that. Read moreI first called this repair service on September 25 about a leaking refrigerator. I was told that someone would be out on Saturday and that they would call before they came. On Saturday, I never got a call. So I called them on Monday to see if anyone had actually serviced the fridge. I was told that it had been serviced and a part needed to be ordered and that I would receive an update when it was ordered. Here we are 2 weeks later and I have yet to get a response from them after multiple emails and phone calls. I called Mr. Appliance and they were able to come out a couple days later.
