Five Guys — Restaurant in North Township

Hmm....I'm somewhat conflicted with this five guys location because quite frankly, the burger wasn't worth $10.00. An average burger at five guys cost 10 bucks for a double party based burger without any additives. However, the patties are relatively small and to be honest, the size of the burger is just about the same size as a burger from Culver's. The only difference is that Culver's burgers are roughly half the price as five guys burgers. I don't know about you, but for a $10 burger, that burger should be relatively bigger ( and tastier) than how it's currently prepared. Actually, A double whooper from Burger King is bigger than five guys & arguably better tasting as well. In short, I believe five guys burgers is somewhat overrated especially for it being $10. Normally I have no complaints about five guys but this particular experience was extremely disappointing. I had ordered 2 bacon cheese burgers and a large fry. My husband's burger was perfect and exactly what he ordered but my burger was led than what was desired. On my burger I had ordered mayo,ketchup, pickles,raw onion, tomato, extra grilled onion, extra grilled mushrooms, & extra grilled jalapeños. What I got on my burger was mayo, ketchup, pickle, raw onion, and tomato. There were none of the grilled toppings that I had ordered in sight on my burger. To me this is unexceptable. There should be no reason why half of my toppings were not in my burger. I was not at all happy about this when I got home and I was their last customer for the night so I couldn't go back to get it fixed. I hope you do better in the future to make sure the ordered...

This was the first time my family and I visited a Five Guys. I can't speak for other locations, but I would not recommend this one. The staff was friendly and the service was relatively quick. The burgers were tasty and my daughter enjoyed her shake. However, they didn't get our orders correct--added an extra fry and half way through my bacon cheeseburger I realized there wasn't any bacon. The fries were very greasy and flimsy. The floor under our table was disgusting--a lot of left-over fries, crumbs and a ketchup container. The music was very loud. I will give them credit for reimbursing us for the extra fries and for being friendly overall, but we will not be returning to this...
