I liked that I was able to actually call the place and someone answered and was able to make an appointment for me, for the next day. Great idea that they have an text that sends you a reminder of your appointment even able to pay through that reminder. The appointment was for my son, this being our first time going there we didn't know what to expect. As they are cutting his hair the only conversation going on is everyone else in the shop talking and not really engaging my son. The conversation is being made about certain area's in the neighborhood and the people that live in them. I personally don't care what people have to say about where I live. But again the appointment was for my son. Which he should not have to ever feel down of where he lives or where he comes from, especially if we are paying for a service. Great spot for a cut. I’m new to the area and kept driving by the big mustache on the side of the building, so I decided to give them a try. They were booked solid on a Saturday, so I made an appointment for a Tuesday evening.

I felt welcomed immediately. All it takes is a nice greeting to start a nice experience.

No fuss... no frills.... just a perfect cut. They ask the questions they need to ask in order to provide the haircut you’re looking for. Some places just give you a haircut as fast as they can to get you out the door and someone else in the chair. These guys aren’t slow by any means, but they are perfectionists.

As a first time customer, I was very impressed by how professional they were. We were greeted as soon as we walked in, they asked us a few questions and were overall very welcoming. This was the first time my son didn't frown and fidget during his hair cut. I am beyond happy with the service and my son's hair looks great. Dom did a great job.
