My boyfriend was JUST in there. He has two religious pendants that both need the bail resized on in order to fit his chains properly. He brought them in requesting them to ONLY be resized. Instead, they decided to “clean” the pieces which was not requested. After receiving the pieces back he returned to his car & noticed several issues with the pendants. Dents & grind marks all over his sentimental pieces. On top of it all, neither bail had been resized properly & did not fit the chain that he initially brought in for reference. He returned inside & calmly explained there were many issues with the services he had just paid for & instead of being understanding & communicative, the older woman at the business started to scream at him in front of other customers. Acting as if he were the cause of the issues with his pendants even though they did not look like that when he had arrived. She threatened to call the police when he asked for a refund & even went as low to attempt to use his religion against him. He is very soft spoken & opted out of writing a review but I will not stand idly by as a crook & bigot takes advantage of his kindness. I would hate for this to happen to anyone else, & after reading the reviews, it isn’t the first time. Honestly a disgusting way to conduct business & treat customers. Would not recommend to anyone. They will ruin your pieces and blame you. Here is a before & after of one of the pendants...
Read moreBAD! DO NOT BRING YOUR JEWELRY IN FOR REPAIR. This place USED to be the best and the only jeweler shop I would bring my items in for repair back from 2016-18 ranging from bracelets, rings, pinky rings, gold rings, silver rings, silver chains, cuban links, ear rings etc. But recently, one of the older ladies there ( I think the owner) Is a crook. She will lie to you about your jewelry's authenticity. For example, I brought in a gold plated on sterling silver bracelet and she tried to convice me it was real gold so I would pay 200$ instead of a measly 5$ for a fake clamp. I also had brought in a pair of Ray Bans gold frames and wanted them to be repaired. She said that they could repair them but once I recieved the "fixed" item, it was even more bent than before and the glasses couldn't be worn unless they were re-bent and soldered. STILL CHARGED ME 25$ for something that wasn't even repaired properly. I have a rose gold pinky ring with 12 diamonds in it and 1 fell out, I was going to leave it with them to be repaired, but after this experience I don't feel that is a safe thing to do. The quality of this store, both morally and repair-wise has gone straight...
Read moreThe wife is very quick with you and shows no respect.Items are easily miss-placed with them.If you have any expensive jewelry DO NOT take a chance of having your item “miss-placed”.
Way too pricey. Bad selection of any type of quality. I wanted a battery replaced in my watch. I got it back The next day. The hand on the watch were not stable if you turned in a certain way it would just drop! I went back and had an argument with the wife and then the husband came out and acting like that’s the way it was when he worked on it. He made it right but guess what the battery stopped working in two days. He switched out the battery for one that was not working. As far as I am concerned he and his wife are not a professional. They are nothing more than con-artist. Don’t ever take anything you value there it will not be the same when they return it back. Look at your diamonds on any item that you turned in they more than likely will not be the same diamonds when they are return. Terrible terrible place. Semper...
