I'm sad to say that after renting a unit here over the past several years- we won't be anymore. We've been thinking of buying a unit here, so obviously vacationing here gave us the best idea of knowing if it's right for us. Let me start by saying the individual owners of the unit we rent, really keep it nice.

It's the atmosphere that's the problem. If people do not want to be in an environment that allows renters, then DO NOT BUY HERE. People act like they are at a palace and nothing can be out of place. When in actuality this is a beach condo building catered towards families. The way the owners give dirty looks to renters is absurd. The other issue is the woman who thinks she owns the pool and is the buildings director. Let's face it, she's a glorified door person. She should be called the pool nazi. All she does is yell at the kids who may be there, shush them when not doing anything but playing, takes 500 smoke breaks, and gossips with owners. Once you mark renter down in the pool sign in sheet she's nasty to you. She needs to get over herself, not only have myself and other renters we know complain but according to our rental agent EVERYONE complains about her. Go sit at home instead of ruining peoples vacations. Whoever is on the board and other owners need to replace her as they have done previously with nasty pool watchers. Another thing, she said my unit had a complaint. She goes on to tell me there was a little boy riding the elevator by himself like a ride up and down. I said I have 2 daughters! She then increased her already poor attitude bc she didn't like being corrected. She should know exactly what she's talking about before approaching people about some complaint she heard by sitting poolside gossiping. End of rant, and end of renting...

Do not rent here!! Our vacation was ruined because the people here treat renters terrible, they make you feel un wanted and uncomfortable. The pool hours are no not what are posted, they were only open 11-6. You are not allowed to do anything at pool. Rules are posted but they make the rules up as they go. You cant jump in , play with toys, play Marco Polo etc, these things are not posted on rules and if you are not a renter you are allowed to do anything including the thing we got yelled at for. We pointed out that people were sitting around the pool drinking alcohol in glass bottles, which both are pisted rukes not allowed but they were allowed to no one said anything to them even when we pointed it out.Because they say we broke the rules they banned us from the pool. They do not have life guards but employees who sit around and watch your every move, units are individually owed and one owner banned us, how can they do this. Worst place...

Our vacation was ruined. DO NOT stay here. They hate renters and treat you terrible. They make you feel like an outsider who does not belong. They make up their own pool hour and rules, instead of following what is posted. Children get yelled at for everything they do and are not allowed to do anything while the owners and their families can do anything whether it is a rule or even if it is not a posted rule, never yelled at once!!!!
