I'll start with the end of the review first..YOU ABSOLUTELY MUST GO HERE!!.. It's very rare that you find a place where everything on the menu is bangin but this is definitely one of those places..I don't even know what I could talk about to make it more clear, he's got chicken cutlets 10 different ways, all totally legit..the meatballs are strait up old-school traditional Italian Grandma style..the "Frab fries" are covered in hand picked blue claw crab meat unlike any other place I've ever seen 🔥 The cheesy crab bread was unreal, I'm not usually a cheese on seafood guy but this wasn't like that..the flavors all worked together like crazy..make sure you get the "Antneys sauce" on the side so you can try it on everything, it's what I would describe as a sweet seasoned mayo (very unique) Alot of places claim to have their own secret sauce and it's trash...definitely not the case here..If that's not enough they have one of the best cheese steaks in all of Wildwood for sure. The bread is perfect and absolutely NO GRISTLE! Also the people working there are all very nice..you feel very comfortable and welcomed and I feel like I could sit there all day hanging out and stuffing my face and they wouldn't care.. I want to point out that I am not the owner, I do not work there, I'm not being paid for this review, also this wasn't just a one visit random vacation review..I live down here all summer and really go to this place (obviously alot).. I'm just a fat Italian kid who keeps it real and appreciates...
Read moreJust ate here with my family while visiting the area. And wow, our first impression was pretty strong. It was an hour before closing on a Monday night. The place was mostly empty, except for some employees and a singular very happy customer. This lovely man goes on to tell us that we have to order the Philly cheesesteak and that it was the best he’s ever had in his life. With such a passionate suggestion, we had no other choice than to order the Philly cheesesteak. It was delicious. The steak was like no other. It was tender and fell apart in my mouth. The peppers were flavorful. Overall, it was a great tasting experience. The decor was beautiful and really looked like a diner (if that makes any sense). It had a very clean and inviting environment. The employees were all kind and welcoming (we even found out that one of them was Egyptian like us and she was just delightful, as was everyone). We even had the opportunity to speak with the owner who was very down to earth. And for anyone who read the full text, I can’t say with absolute certainty that this was the best cheesesteak I’ve ever had, but that’s only because I don’t remember eating a ton. But out of all the ones I remember eating, this one was definitely the best!
If you just want a summary, just come on over. Try the food (especially the Philly cheesesteak)! The decor is beautiful and the staff is very kind. You...
Read moreI got the crab cheese bread and it’s deeeelicious. It’s my first time ordering. That being said, I called from my car at 4:20. And I was exit 10 The girl told me it takes 15 minutes. I got there expecting it to be near done and it wasn’t even in the oven. There were five people working and there was one other person waiting for their cheesesteak order. I understand they may have had other people call in but it was close to a half hour when I got the order.
When I got there I asked if I could buy a meatball. The girl proceeded to tell me $13 for 3 meatballs and gravy and said it was the price of a sandwich. The owner showed up and we talked a bit. He’s a nice guy. I asked about selling me one meatball. He went and told the kids and I’m sure all five heard it to give me a meatball in a cup with gravy. He said he sells like a sandwich but lowers the price without bread which the girl at the counter didn’t do. I waited ten or fifteen minutes and left. I never did get my Antony sauce to try either. I told them to forget the meatball and left. When I left, one of the kids from the kitchen was in the parking lot talking to people in a car. I’m a local and I will be back to try the meatballs but I can’t imagine ordering on a busy day. Hopefully the service is better...
