The cashiers are often Indian, which makes me wonder if this is an Indian-run business, and I deeply respect and appreciate their kindness and hospitality. One memorable encounter was with a lovely young woman at the register, who gave me advice on how to have such beautiful, healthy, and polished nails like hers. Her maternal softness, gentle nature, and warm voice left such a positive impression on me. I imagine she must be the owner—if that’s true, she knows how to manage her team exceptionally well.

The men working here are always gracious and cordial, with warm, genuine smiles that make you feel truly appreciated as a customer. It’s clear they take pride in serving both locals and visitors to Northampton. The store is impressively well-stocked with a diverse selection of American snacks, drinks, foods, toiletries, car, and many more items. Their inventory reflects a keen sense of business and attention to customer needs, which speaks to the strong skills and care that go into running this well-established store.

Asked for a bag for a rather large item and I guess I was rude because the cashier had me standing in awe as she carried on a non work related conversation with a fellow customer. I interrupted her conversation after standing at the register for close to a minute and when I proceeded to ask for said bag I was told I was very rude for doing so by said cashier. Mind you there has been a history of rudeness from her shutting down early to me leaving my rolling papers at the counter and her unexpectedly throwing them to me when I didn't catch it and it hits the floor she sent me on my way without offering me a clean replacement the disrespect! But anywho I give two stars because she at least gave me the advice to never come back if I didn't like...

I’ll change the review rating, once you fire the employee that closes the store way too early. The big guy, store closed on a Friday at 9:40 PM, supposed to close at 11:00 PM. Last Sunday closed at 9:30 PM, half an hour early. If you got different hours then what’s posted then update it. Otherwise, your store...
