I went into this store looking for assistance finding a way to still stay at Verizon but to make it a more affordable bill - being that I pay over 150.00 per Month now!!!!!! Upon asking for assistance, I was told to that I should just do it from home, online. At that point, I asked, since I am Here, at the Store, could she help me. The help I received: telling me to take out my phone and I can do it in the store. She outright refused to look up my account and help me figure out why I am being charged so much for One line nor was she willing to give me any ideas on what I can do to get a lower rate. At this point, I asked her what I still owe on my phone, thinking this might be why it is costing so much. She told me. I asked, if I pay it off, could I close my account to find a more affordable plan at another company ( granted, I have been with Verizon 19 years!). She was More than willing to close my account right then and there. Funny she refused to help but was more than ready to close my account. I did call Verizon customer support right after to find the answers to the questions she refused to answer or help me with. The support member online answered ALL of my questions and brought to my attention subscriptions I didn't even know I had and helped me find Multiple ways to bring down my bill and make it more affordable. Read moreThe customer service at this Verizon location is beyond poor. I have had nothing but terrible experiences when dealing with this location (especially Brandyn). He is rude, doesn't try to help the clients and either assumes the clients know all the ins and outs with new devices, or, tries to take advantage of them based on their lack of knowledge and understanding. I've dealt with these issues personally and watched it play out with other customers over the number of times I was in the store. The last time I was in this store (early evening of 11/16/23), there were two (2) other customers who were ALSO complaining about the same issue/s with the store and Brandyn in particular. He messed up and crossed over 2 phones on our family plan...I waited four hours for this genius to fix his issue..upon time to leave ( AFTER SAYING ALL CHARGES WILL BE ON YOUR BILLING STATEMENT ) he charged me over 100.00...following my drive home, I found out my wife's phone was still not working...and our phone Sim cards were still reversed....this guy was a mess!!!!
When I called the store back upset from this taking a whole day...he became defensive, rude , and threatened me that I shouldn't come back to see him face to face!
This is not a actual Verizon store, it's a secondary franchise who can do whatever they feel fit without compromise...when speaking to Verizon corporate, they said they themselves can't do anything about their conduct as they are not Verizon.
