H&M — Local services in Norwalk

I came here two days ago to do a return in store and I’ve always came here to shop and return online purchases. I never had a problem until now. I bought some maternity clothes online and they were extremely big on me so I needed to return it. When I got to the counter, I was told that I can’t return my order in store and they refused to take it. But I told them that no where on my receipt or in-story policy states that you can’t take my return. After go back and forth, the took my return anyways. Up until this point I was still not very upset. What upset me the most was when the transaction was finished, their manager (Josh) came to the the counter was very aggressive attitude saying that “we don’t take maternity returns here. Now because of your return, we need to mark this down and put on the sales rack! And I am putting an end of this type of returns in my store. So next time don’t come here for your return.” How would I know if my return would cause a problem in the store, this is more of an internal company issue that the store manager should reflect back to the corporate about and not take it out on their customer. I’m very very upset with the M & H store manager behavior, the location is : the sono collect,100 N. Water steer Norwalk, CT 06854. Today afternoon time 16.:02 pm ( 7-11-25) I purchased one Blazer and Shirt S& T . The shirt wasn’t fit me. Within a couple hours I went to do the return the shirt who worked on the register told me can’t return ok , I requested to talk to the store manager Name Jushua . The manager was super rude as a manager his behavior showed be positive and polite. I just very gently responded anyway can you please help me out accept my return I was not sure the shirt are not returned able. Jarvis Washington helped us sign up for the rewards! He was super helpful, kind, and patient. I have to say, this store is super clean and filled with amazing employees! This is my second time shopping at this location and so far no disappointment here! They have fall colors and business attire. Beautiful selection of hoodies and sweatshirts.
