Yolanda helped me this time (10/12/2023) knowledgeable, patient and overall very nice! Made sure I was aware of other sales and even helped me look up a previous purchase to ensure I was getting the right size. There was another woman there who was also super friendly! Great job ladies and keep it up! I will always come back to this location!

I have shopped at Soma for years but never have I been as disappointed and angry as I was when I went into the store earlier today. The person “helping” me was rude from the start, never once did she smile, and did not come to the fitting room to check if the bra I was given was a good fit. When I emerged from the fitting room and explained why the bra wasn't a good fit she argued with me instead of giving me a different one to try on. I also watched the same sales person being less than friendly towards and older woman. Needless to say I left without buying anything, even though I intended to buy more...

Will never shop at a soma again. Bought 3 bras for 99 bought in danbury store. Norwalk store said I could return them with all tag and receipts. Woman at the store was nasty and when I spoke with the woman when I bought them she said they were returnable. I was sized and wore one of the bras for tens minutes around my house and had rashes. Your company should be ashamed. I literally have to buy news bras cause I have gained weight due to an illness. And will make sure everyone I know will never buy from your company again. Get...
