*Editing my rating because I have ordered delivery from this restaurant a few times (not knowing it was the same place), and the food/delivery has been good. However, I stand by my stance on the poor customer service noted below.
What a nightmare! Placed an order with Grubhub, the restaurant was offering $5 off for new costumers. Proceeded to make my way through traffic laden Sono to the back parking lot where all of the other restaurants have easy access back entrances; of course, this one doesn't. Went out and drove around to the front, LUCKILY I found a spot. Parked to check my order, and saw the restaurant had CANCELED my order! Proceeded to receive a voicemail saying that they were refusing to honor the promotion they were offering on Grubhub, because I had spent a few dollars less than they would have liked me to spend (mind you, the actual promotion had no minimum or limitations other than a first time costumer). I was pretty irritated to say the least, and find this a horrible business practice - what restaurant values $2 or so over costumer satisfaction and honoring active promotions!? Don't waste your time.
Edit (post owner response): My order was for $11, as mentioned, this is a $2 difference! The ACTIVE (no minimum) promotion should have been honored, then the restaurant should have taken up their issue with the promotion THEY should have verified on grubhub prior. Totally...
Read moreI want to be clear that this one star is not for the accuracy or quality of the order (both good) or the timeliness of the order (ready when I arrived to pick it up), but rather when I went in to pick it up no one inside was wearing a mask There was an older gentleman behind the counter taking orders / giving food, one further back sitting on a crate looking on his phone and a third who appeared to be a delivery guy in the front (unclear if he works for the restaurant or a third party delivery service). NONE OF THE THREE WERE WEARING A MASK. Yes, we are in the middle of a heat wave but by the time I went to pick up the pizza at 8:30 PM it had cooled down considerably and was 77 per my car, also AC in the restaurant didn't appear to be a problem and none of the three were sweating, looked warm or uncomfortable so I can only assume the non-mask wearing came from a sense of entitlement that they did not need to wear masks while preparing our food. Read moreI place an order for two steak dinners and two desserts. I got one of the dessert wrong and didnt get the cold slaw with my order. So I called the store to ask them why would they send me the wrong dessert, the manager said because they ran out. So instead they just sent me whatever they felt like, and I told the manager why didn't anybody call me up to tell me, because they were busy. That doesn't sit right with me, and that being my first time ordering from them, almost $60 bill. I could have cancel the second dessert or something. I just dont appreciate how it was handle and I can imagine how other things can be handle. But other than that, the manager did speak nice on the phone. I just rather have a company care more about a customer order then just throwing things together.
