Me and my wife arrived at 3:00pm because that’s what it said on the door, i called the number and some dude told me he’s running late and to come at 4. We returned around 4pm to an empty area where one of by owners was sitting down playing and told us to wait till he was done, he calmly drank water and giggled with his friends as we stood there waiting. It wasn’t until 4:45 till some other 2 dudes walked in with pizza and told us the game we wanted to play was unavailable even tho they have paintings and the name of the game plastered all over their walls. if you don’t speak their language ( russian) they won’t bother helping you or even acknowledging your existence....

Walked in, felt cramped immediately. Waited at the front waiting to purchase time, the woman walks in from outside with takeout. I asked for an hour, she did not understand. She did not know any of the games in the library.

NONE of the games were updated. I was not going to spend 1 hour waiting, so I asked for a refund. Again, the woman at the front did not know what she was doing. I had to use the POS myself to issue the refund because she did not know how to navigate it.

With the system they use, it is easy to keep the games up to date. Overall weird vibe....

Yeah, it was kinda loud and I had to wait a lite, but at least they came through this time and good thing they got someone who...
