This is my second time leaving a review for Zevar Jewelers. Recently, the safety chain on my bracelet broke within a week and a half. I went back and met again with Khairunissa, who was as kind and accommodating as ever. She had Jay repair it on the spot — without hesitation, no questions asked — and made sure it was repaired perfectly. She also thoroughly inspected the bracelet to ensure everything was in great shape.

The district manager, Adil A.G., happened to be there as well, and he was very pleasant and welcoming. We even shared a nice conversation. The staff at Zevar Jewelers are truly second to none when it comes to customer service.
