Girl named Jasmyn is very manipulative and unprofessional. I've dated her on and off for 7 years and she is very toxic. With her working a job she still took advantage of me and my family and stole money from us as she was working a job at this Cinnabon. She is very unprofessional and brings her outside life problems into the work place. Enticed by the smell I found myself waiting in line for a delicious cinnamon roll. I waited while the cashier rang up another family infront of me. As he moved off to make their drinks, we waited... waited... waited.. waited.... waited and waited some more. There was a young lady who was rolling cinnamon twists who chose to completely ignore the line (we were a young couple and a family or 2 deep by this point) while her other worker struggled to make 4 to 5 drinks with no prep or set up by her. Very poor service. There was a promo today $1.25 if you order on the app. Lady asked if I wanted the classic. I said yes how do I order. She said 7 minute wait. I said okay. Had $ in my hand to pay. She went to the next customer I said. I'm ready to pay now what about my order. She went to speak with someone and said again 7 minute wait. I said I cannot even prepay, like most companies do like Pizza places, other fast food joints. They said no. I said okay I go write a 1 star review.
