No stars if I could fr. .So I went to get a custom hoodie made For my son’s track meet next weekend. When I arrived, I showed what I wanted and asked for a price. He asked me to send over the pictures I wanted to use so he could give me an estimate. ( any other custom hoodie I’ve gotten they show you on their laptop or whatever before they start making it )He started printing out pictures and cutting before even giving initial price of $50. Even though he said he couldn’t do what I had asked I was still trying to give them a chance. However , the price changed THREE different times from $50-$75. After being irritated and unhappy with the fact that they were just trying to iron on pictures I had already cut out which isn’t even really a customization on top of not being able to see my design or anything before paying. Literally something I could’ve done myself at this point I stated I didn’t want to pay $75 for a hoodie that looked basic and I knew would fall apart. He got mad and said he would call security to have me removed from the mall bc I was a scammer and started saying all these racial slurs about minorities when he himself is a minority. . I had the money to pay for the hoodie bottom line is I’m tired of people tryna treat you or talk to you however because of how you look. . They only care about how much money they’re making not actually making you happy with what you’re paying for....

So unhappy. Went in asked the price for printing, a young sales associate told me $35 with their shirt, $25 with my own. I came back with a shirt I had bought and there was an additional older worker there too. It was probably the owner Mohamed. While he sent the young associate to apply the decal to my shirt, Mohamed called out "put the protection on it" and then mumbled to me that it was to keep the shirt from deteriorating in the wash. Mohamed then rung me up for $55 dollars. When I asked for a breakdown, he told me $35 for the shirt and $15 for the "protection". I questioned the cost since I had brought my own shirt and was told, no it was $35 for my order. I paid but felt really deceived and told him that he should tell people if something is an additional cost and certainly ask if they want it before applying it. I now question if the shirt got any sort of "protection". I think Mohamed looked at me and decided to add on some additional charges. This shirt doesn't fit well now as the decal keeps the shirt from stretching the way it should for normal wear. *While my shirt was in process, I overheard the two discussing how a previous customer had left and angrily took half her order back without paying, saying that they had messed it up so why would she pay. I wrongly thought this had nothing to do with me. This is apparently how they get down, stay away from...

The same guys charged me a different price for the same thing on 3 different occasions ! The owner also told me "If we do bad business , then we're happy to do bad business." I paid for a custom hoodie for my business and they told me I couldn't be refunded seconds after they stamp their huge logo on the same hoodie. After I requested just for ONLY my company logo to be on the hoodie, I was told I'd have to pay for another hoodie and it's "store policy" to put their logo on every piece. Clearly it was lies because I even got a piece from them previously that didn't have their logo. They fluctuate prices for profit and the quality of their pieces are bottom tier. Everything shrinks. Save your time and money and go somewhere with real professionals with real quality. You can keep the money lol this place sucks. You'll...
