This is the only jeweler I found across many different malls located in southeast michigan that offer many types of jewelry. I can never find a plain silver band for my finger no matter where I go. Sick of jewelers offering me tungsten. It’s too common and not a serious precious metal such as much gold and silver are! I was leaving 12 Oaks, no luck from MJs, Kay’s, including other places not in the mall from other areas such as, Zales, Jared, Helzberg…Heading on the way out I seen this place and just thought to myself, it doesn’t hurt to ask if they have silver bands. Sure enough, they have silver bands, stainless steel bands, gold plated silver bands, gold bands. Not one band i mentioned (of precious metal) had a price tag labeled on it. They lady working there said she had only until November 5th to offer me a family-friends discount. So no price tag, actually didn’t raise a flag for me. But instead, she weighed the precious metal in front of me showed me the weight in grams for the large size I was seeking, and paid the direct price for the weight. It felt like I was buying the jewelry for its weight, and that weight-price being calculated in front of me was a super big green flag. Not just some whimsy over priced tag on jewelry at other stores. I know how much the silver oz is sold today and it’s roughly $50 right now. I purchased a size 13 gold plated, silver ring. For 6grams of silver with little gold, for $120 I paid for, is a great deal for me. That price of $120 for 6 grams. Means silver should be about $650 per ounce of silver rather than the $50 it is today. But i’m not buying silver in bulk for $50 per ounce. I’m buying a beautifully crafted and glistening precious metal to hug around my finger. Super satisfied with the price point, customer service and lady who went above and beyond with her customer service who was genuinely interested for my interests and not trying to sell me tungsten or white gold that’s $1000s of dollars when I wanted a silver band for...
Read moreI took two watches to have the battery replaced, one a Tag Heuer and Movado watch. I warned the gentleman about the Tag that it might not be the battery since the stop watch function is running but the second hand was not and so it not keeping time. They said they will check it out and to come back in 15 minutes. I came back in 11 minutes and the watch were already done. 35 dollars for the Tag and 25 for a small movado, expensive but I was too far from my usual shop so I paid. I was 10 minutes away when I realized that my watch is still not functioning. I returned the shop and showed them my watch. They told me to return in 15-20 minutes. When I returned, they told me that even though the second hand was not moving, the clock is still functioning. I told them that it was the issue before I brought the watch and told them about it before they replaced the battery. I had asked for the refund as they did not fix the problem and claimed that the watch was working before. They offered to consult their repair team and to leave the watch. I didn't trust them anymore and they refused to refund me as the state that they don't refund batteries. My expensive watch is now in worst state as the stopwatch function also has stopped working. Please do not trust this shop for repairs or battery replacement. Not only they charged expensive for battery replacement, but they might not cover the two-year warranty that they claim they have for their watch batteries. Buyers Beware!
Update; brought my Tag Huer watch to be repaired at another watch place in Southfield. It turns out that this place put the wrong battery in. It was too small. Thats why it wont run. This place is worst than I thought. My watch was never broken in the first place! Please avoid this shop as they dont even know what their doing. Not a refutable...

The experience I had with this jewelry store has compelled me to write my first negative review. In January, I purchased a 10K gold necklace for $360, which broke less than three months later when it simply caught on my hoodie - not even at the clasp point, raising serious concerns about the quality of materials used.
When I brought it in for repair, I was initially quoted $175, which seemed excessive for a recently purchased item. After negotiating down to $100, I was still charged $126 without explanation. To make matters worse, when I initially asked about a trade-in option, they quoted $175, but after the repair was completed, this suddenly dropped to $144 with no justification.
Despite being promised a 4-day turnaround time, I had to call to check on the status as they never notified me when it was ready.
Most disappointing was the repair quality itself. My necklace originally featured three intertwined gold lines, but was returned with only two, creating a noticeably different appearance. The repair work looks amateur, even I could’ve done better. It looks like they literally superglued it
For a store selling fine jewelry at premium prices, both the initial product quality and customer service fall far below acceptable standards. The inconsistent pricing and poor craftsmanship demonstrate a business I cannot recommend to anyone looking for quality jewelry or reliable...
