MJ Diamonds - Twelve Oaks Mall — Local services in Novi

Update: It has been 3 years since we bought our wedding rings here. We were back at the mall today to celebrate the birthday of our oldest son and we stopped in jokingly to let them know that the wedding had worked out. They remembered us! And they remembered our rings. Mia and Joe were so kind, and they offered us a free ring cleaning. Our rings look brand new!

My fiance and I came in here in August of 2022 to look for our wedding rings.

We came to 12 oaks Mall so that we could check out several different stores at one location and get a feel for what we liked. We didn't even plan on buying anything yet.

This was the first store we went to. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, and they let us try on a lot of different rings. They really helped us get a feel for what we liked. They even put aside a couple of rings that we liked when we told them that we wanted to go look at other stores before committing.

We went to every jewelry store in the mall, and none of them had anywhere near the selection of wedding rings that MJ did.

We had seen so many rings that day that we realized how unique and special the rings that we had originally found at MJ's were. We went back and bought our wedding rings that day. Mine needed to be sized twice which was no problem for them. I am so happy and I will definitely come back here for any future...

I randomly walked into MJ Diamonds in 12 Oaks today because I didn’t know they had a location in Novi. I’ve been contemplating buying a pair of Cartier Wires for the longest but never followed through until meeting George. He was so nice and helpful and had we not met, I probably wouldn’t have bought them. He allowed me to try on the glasses along with a pair of panthers and buffs. He showed me the different lenses and from trying on several pairs of glasses I knew the big C’s classic clear lenses were best for me. They fit my face the best and as a woman it gives a classy look although I love white sticks the wires were perfect for me.

George thank you for your time and exceptional customer service; you’re definitely one of one. Thank you for being so kind to my sisters and I. This location is an official Cartier retail dealer so no need to worry about authenticity. They have a wide variety of Cartier glasses. I don’t recommend this store to anyone.

I was there yesterday looking for an solitaire diamond ring.

I found a ring that I actually liked. He told me he would give me the ring for $1800. I asked him if it comes with a certification. He said it doesn’t come with a certificate but if I want, he can send it for certification without charging me extra. He stated that all stores at twelve oak mall will charge me for that but he won’t.

I told him I would take the ring if that’s the case. He went for a couple of seconds and came back, he told me that the ring price will go up from $1800 to $3000 if I want it certified. That tells how bad they are.

I went to a different store at the same mall, I told the manager what happened to me there. She told me that it doesn’t even cost that much for certification. That’s ridiculous.

That tells me that probably everything he was telling me about the ring is just a lie. How could the price go from $1800 to $3000!!
