If you are just going there to shop, I'd say go ahead and go there. Though you might want to look over the clothing. I found a few dresses with holes along the stitching.
If you are going there to sell, don't do it unless you have specific name brand clothes bought with-in a year. I don't know about you, but I don't know too many people who have the money to buy expensive clothes and then try to sell them with-in a year. I had name brand clothes barely worn and they would not accept them because they were not bought with-in the past year. Also had some very expensive Victoria Secret clothing they simply dismissed. All they look at are tags. They know nothing about fashion or designers, just the name on the tag. To top it off, you can't leave the store while they look at your things. I was told they could get to my things in 20 min. Instead it took them over an hour to get to my bag (only had two people in front of me with small bags). I waited over an hour for them to take 5 min to look through my bag and turn down my expensive designer/name brand clothing that was in great condition, minus one shirt that was not supposed to be in that bag (my stuff was even better than the dresses with holes in them that I had seen while shopping/waiting). If you want money for your clothes, you are better off donating them to people in need and writing it off on your taxes. Also, you might think you are getting a good deal on certain things, but you are not. I suggest you try looking at Marshals or even the outlet stores for the deals. I saw at least two pairs of shoes for $15 at this store that I know you could buy for a dollar at the outlet. I know, because I own one of...
Read moreEvery time I come in, the staff is so passive aggressive and rude. This time I came in with bath and body works products. I called before hand to see if they accept these products and all I got was “sometimes.” No other information was provided. So I bring my items, and mind you, these items are barely used, if at all, and they passed on all of them. I asked why they passed on them and she said because they were used too much… I commented and said I know for a fact I didn’t use a couple of them. So, she then proceeded to insult me by bringing my items out and showing me how much product was “gone.” The product didn’t even go under the top of the label that’s on the BBW body spray, which means I maybe used it a couple of times. Literally, they looked good as new. She said they have to be completely unused. But, this is a gently used store… and I gently used these perfumes/lotions. How am I supposed to know if I want the product or not if I don’t use it at least once? I understand certain things have changed due to the pandemic, but what’s the difference between buying someone’s used clothes and a used perfume bottle that’s more than 3/4 of the way full? Honestly, I don’t see much of a difference. I wouldn’t even be writing this review though if it weren’t for the passive aggressive attitude I had to listen to. Definitely taking a break from this place for awhile. I’m attaching a picture to show how ridiculous their...
Read moreThis place is such a joke I can't believe I gave it another shot. I brought my teenage boys in with one bag. I tried to go shopping for them but their men's section is so small there wasn't much available.. this made me so happy that all of their super trendy, teenage boys stuff would get bought because they are in DESPERATE need for it. They didn't even look through the bag. Missed several men's American eagle, pac sun, hollister (the EXACT kind saying they need on website).... They didn't go through the bag!!! They missed a ton of pieces that they say they need! The exact pieces they say they are buying right now!! So basically I'm pretty sure what happens is that they see the person walking in and they decide if they want to look through their bags or not. Every single one of these pieces is folded exactly the same way and I know when they go through my bags they do not fold stuff up nice at all... You guys are so low on men's clothes and then you turn down trendy men's clothes that you say you're buying, it's a joke. I can't believe that you guys judge people as they're walking in instead of looking through their stuff! And how dare you guys not take all the men's s* that you get brought if it's in good trendy condition! You have hardly any! You can't afford to not buy it what the heck is wrong with...
