We love play it again sports in novi! Its our fave place to get all our soccer, hockey, golf and basketball gear for me and for my kids! Its a great place for the whole family as they litetally have a little bit of everytbimg and such a great selection of amazing stuff for anyone with an active lifestyle! Love the convenient location and of course, awesome prices, they also have an amazing selection of the latest and greatest sporting goods and gear to get us all going and getting wjat we need, all without breaking the bank! I highly recommend it to all my family and friends who are in need of any kind sporting goods, supplies and equipment of all kinds and whats more, the staff is always super friendly and always so helpful! So thats definitely a bonus and win win for everybody! Which makes it an all around pleasurable shopping experience for the whole family! My kids love stopping in with me and seeing what's new! Great Customer Service This year we bought Brand New Skis, Bindings and Ski Boots. They were lowest price available, after an extensive price search. After, a few ski trips and at 100 days from purchase, my son experience a failure of the binding causing it to break.

Contacted Play It Again Sports - Novi, MI and was connected to the owner. I did not have to provide a receipt as he found my purchase in the system. He advised that he would pursue a warranty claim through Fischer Ski. He also assured me that If Fischer did not stand behind their warranty, he would. Within two weeks, Fischer sent a brand new binding and he was able to install it one day before our next ski outing.

Make sure you keep all the packaging, if you don’t they will not allow a return, unlike all of there competition. Really disappointed, especially with all the money I’ve spent this softball season. Bear in mind these were batting gloves that were brand new, they just didn’t fit properly.

Just an edit based on the owners response, the batting gloves were not in the packaging, but were clearly brand new, I bought them earlier that week and they recognized me when I walked in. I did have my receipt, which is why I posted the review... but hey, no big deal, I use...
