A warning from a 2/5/16 order. Beyond comprehension how this Pizza Hut is still open. Incompetent store management. Customer service that is deplorable and worse than McDonalds. A 1.5 hour wait to make a pizza; stated their cutting station got behind and then they burnt several orders. Initially offered a credit that evening; I went back the next day and told them about my wife's ordeal there the previous night. Manager was like, O.K. , stuff happens and we were just busy.You're kidding right, this is your business model? This is what the public is to expect when ordering from this out of the box thinking establishment. I mean, yea, burn the customers pizza's, then tell them you are correcting the problem only to turn it into a 1.5 hour ordeal. Then, only compensate with a credit for a next order thinking after this ordeal, why would they be crazy enough to come back? Two Which is exactly why I went back to discuss with the very "Store Manager" who believes that nothing is wrong and that this is normal business operations. It was just busy after all. Really, and the lady next to my wife was quite angry. Then when the food gets home, the cheese crap is falling off the pizza (this was also burnt-great job folks-must be proud), the pepp pizza was dried up and falling apart and looked like they took various slices and filled them in with next slices. I can't make this stuff up. This manager in no way should be running this place. When I wanted the contact number for higher I was told I could not be given that number and that they would provide my number to them. I told them I would contact Pizza Hut Corporate but again the store manager who was just so kind (sarcasm) told me that this is Canadian franchise and basically good luck and no contact numbers-didn't know where. This place should be going under soon and I can only hope so as to what seems unavoidable in screwing over the good people that order from this sorry excuse for a pizza place. I took a chance after a 1/2 year and having an incomplete order last summer. But you know, for the price and better pizza (which better pizza can be bought from your grocers frozen food aisle), I will try others. For 2 burnt, nasty tasting pizza and 2 orders of dried up breadsticks for almost $40, I think even Buddys pizza I could cheaper (and faster). Go away Pizza Hut....and fast. I was waiting outside the restaurant for my food to be picked up, and in the mean time others were going inside and getting their food. So after waiting 10 mins, I went inside and picked my food. After driving back to my home, I realized that they forgot to give my double cheese sticks. So I tried calling them and no one was picking phone. So I had to drive back all the way back to the restaurant. The lady looked inside the warmers and said she can't find my missing food. I said how will I know where the food is. Then she called her manager. The manager looked at my bill and started arguing with me saying that she only made my food and there's absolutely no way that food will be missing. Then I questioned are you saying I'm lying for some bread sticks and drove all the way for 10 mins? Then she checked the warmer again and now she found my food. She now started yelling at the other lady saying that it's not cheese pizza, it's cheese sticks. Now she started apologizing me and was trying to offer me a 2 liter bottle, I declined and said I don't want it. Then she went and gave me a $15 credit to my account. Without saying a word, I left from there. This manager is absolutely a disgusting person with no respect toward customers. This place used to be a nice place when other guys were working. The manager confirmed that the beef was out of stock and that they had just received the truck for the stuffed crust. She said it would be an extra 30 minutes, I took a minute to think it over, then the manager reminded me that the stuffed crust was frozen, she told me I could go to another location, I told her I don’t want to go to another location I live in Novi I want to give the Novi store my business.
