Purple - Twelve Oaks Mall — Local services in Novi

About a month ago my husband and I had our first experience with the Purple store in Twelve Oaks Mall. Currently where we live we don’t have a purple store unfortunately . When we got to the store, we were greeted by Haley, she was very welcoming and eager to assist us with any of our questions. I told her what we were interested in. We went looking for new pillows . I have tried many different pillows and I usually am left disappointed and feeling like my pillow is completely lacking support and comfort . I originally thought I was a memory foam person but that is most definitely not the case anymore. After talking to Haley about my frustrations in spending money on high quality pillows that seem to disappoint, she was very understanding and ready to help steer us in the right direction. I originally was interested in the Harmony pillow I have watched and read reviews on it, so I was definitely eager to try it in person. Haley also agreed that the Harmony would be a good place to start . I tried out the different sizes of lofts, and I ended up going with the purple Harmony mid loft which is 6.5 inches. I am a side and stomach sleeper. I’ve been using the pillow consistently for about a month now, and I am blown away with the results! It’s supportive , comfy and my neck has never been so happy. My chiropractor has also noticed a big difference. Haley reassured us that no question was silly , she gladly answered all of them. She also showed us the new mattresses in the showroom. She is very friendly and welcoming. . We also met Jeorge when we ready to check out. He was also very welcoming and friendly he also had agreed that the Harmony pillow was a great choice. Haley and Jeorge were both exciting about the stores recent opening it was very nice to see how driven and excited they both were about the products they were selling, they were not pushy at all and that was refreshing. They were knowledgable in the products they were talking about . Me and my husband are looking forward to visiting the purple store in the mall in the future . This is my 3rd purple mattress that I purchased so you can see how much I love the product. My 2 star review is for the Novi, MI branch. I did not purchase my mattress online this time as I needed it to be delivered in a specific date. I asked them if I can choose the delivery date and they said yes just call the number after 24 hours of purchase to make sure it is in the system and delivery is via FedEx two days delivery. No this is all wrong. I called the next day and the mattress already left the warehouse. The association answered my call was very helpful and he informed me they don’t hold orders and I need to call FedEx to arrange for a hold. Delivery definitely not two days as my mattress still on FedEx truck. At the end of they the Novi associate did not know anything or he just wanted to sell. Calling the 800 number...

My experience at this location was extraordinary. I was greeted by Jorge and Carter immediately upon arrival and they took every step to ensure my visit was a good one! Both of them were very knowledgeable and helpful. They were sure to go over information numerous amounts of times and give comparisons between the different types of products, I feel like I not only gained an amazing interaction today but two friends! The entire experience was so lighthearted, upbeat and entertaining. I never felt like an inconvenience or a bother to either of them. I never in a million years would have assumed I’d be this enthusiastic to hear about mattresses, but the customer service was just THAT enticing!
