Café Bistro at Nordstrom — Restaurant in Novi

First I wish to say, my former wife and I, enjoyed many lunches at this location as well as the now closed Partridge Creek location. I had a taste the other day for the kalamata olive aioli along with a cheeseburger and fries. I arrived at the location and a sign read:due to lack of help, or similar, carry out only till further notice. I placed my carry-out and left to run an errand. I returned shortly and collected my bag, exchanged a few pleasantries and exited store. When I got to my car, I opened bag to reveal a completely steamed entree! No ventilation in carry-out container and fries, inedible! Burger setup, completely soggy! What would the person packaging this,possibly be thinking? Hot fries going into an airtight plastic dome! Very uncomfortable experience- in the middle of my meal, waitress asked if I was finished with my food! I said no (visibly still eating), and her response was “well we just closed, and they need the dishes.” I acknowledged my understanding, and started wrapping it up. Within minutes however, another person, possibly the manager, came over. She AGAIN states they’re now closed, and “doesn’t want me to be left sitting in the dark after they turn off the lights.” This was maybe 15 minutes after their closing time. At no point prior to my seating was I made aware of their hours. I would’ve happily taken my food to go, but instead got seated and then basically kicked out. I called to place an order based on the online menu and was told the online menu did not match the actual menu served. Only one of the three items I wanted was actually available. The woman taking the orders explained that she was only a cashier and could not address my concerns with that scenario. When I asked to speak with a manager I was informed there were none present. Aside from those glaring issues, I was told that extra chicken on the dish I did order would be an additional $5. I could catch a whole pack of chicken breast on sale for that price.
