Came in for a refill and a pedicure, asked to get both them at the same time. A older lady did my pedicure and it wasn’t my normal person doing either. I can’t tell you the names because I later found out that the only words she could speak in English were “what color”. I assumed she knew English after she asked me that and I spoke back to her in English. You know what they say when you assume and it was definitely true in this case!!! I made an ass out of u and me!!! I told her I didn’t want the scrapper used on my feet only the purple sponge. I know the scrapper does more damage than good. My feet aren’t bad right? She hold up her finger and shows her a little bit with just her fingers still not speaking English but I still assumed she understood since she got that right. She literally touched the bottom of my foot ( one foot) with the purple sponge, but never used it. I kept waiting for her to use it thinking she was doing something else first. No she never did. I say to the younger lady doing my nails she never did the bottom of my feet, she smiled at me and giggled. I was like oh OK. Grandma over here is now putting only one coat of polish on my toes and this is a Professional Nails Pedicure!!! ONLY NOY VERY PROFESSIONAL!!!! I highly doubt this lady was licensed to practice let alone do actual pedicures. Basic knowledge is TWO COATS OF POLISH. I paid $127.21 and my feet never got done correctly. When I got home I called to speak to the manager and they told me she was out of town and would call me back which she has never done. That was the 5 March, 2025. I received a texted saying if I came back someone else that does my nails normally would do them for free. I won’t do that to that person. How is it fair to another employee to fix someone else’s incompetency???? When I came there for a service I expect to get it the first time not have to come back and sit there twice. Like I have nothing better to do with my time. I WANT MY MONEY BACK FROM THIS SHADY PLACE AND I WILL NEVER BE BACK!!!!!

A friend of mine purchased me a gift certificate for this specific nail salon. I usually go to a specific person but being that God has blessed me through my friend I had to go and give the salon a try. I didn't have an appointment I waited roughly 20 minutes to get service. I went in to get a pedicure done. Once Anne called my name she escorted me to my seat. I was in the second to the last chair towards the back. She did the normal things a nail tech would do. Remove the old color, cut the nail down, file and clean. However, what was different was I didn't tell her that I had ingrown toenails. Upon cleaning my toenails she found the toes that had the ingrown. She took it out without pain or press. Some people will not even bother to take care of it. However, Anne did And she did an amazing job at it. It depends on the individual. I like to be in and out as quickly as possible. I want full service on a short time and that is what I got. As much as I would love to sit and relax in a nail salon I do have things to do. I found what I was looking for at Professional salon. I'll be coming back to see Anne in 2 weeks....

Updated 7/20– The owner reached out to me and asked me to come back in to have my nails redone by Amy, who did a great job and was so kind. I appreciate the follow-up and time to redo my nails! Fourth photo is my nails after getting redone.

My nail tech was very nice and did a good job on my cuticles and removal. The first photo is what i asked for and she said she could do it the design no problem, the 2nd and 3rd photos are what she did. The dots do not really look like flowers, are much bigger than what i asked for, and spread out all over my nails. They are a bit sloppy and the polish smeared and the placement is also all over my nail rather than the top third. I would probably go back for a plain manicure or even a pedicure but definitely not nail art. This was my first visit here and i would like to give it another shot but am definitely...
