I can see the low rated reviews are mostly folks who have long complicated orders who didn't properly prepare for a successful order of that capacity, Ive been coming to this Starbucks for almost 4 years and every time is welcoming and smooth. I was almost gone for 4 months because my vehicle was wrecked and when I returned Jennifer, Jess, Scott, Danette, and Zhai all welcomed me back and all new my typical go to order as if I never was gone for 4 months. Ladies and gentlemen quit being so harsh and have grace. If you come in with a big order come organized and correct. You have to meet folks in the middle and quit being so demanding, because at the end of the day.... YOU COULD ALWAYS MAKE YOUR OWN COFFEE! Read moreBusy place. Come rarely if I have biz nearby. I was uncomfortable that store was not monitoring clients in line and not following social distancing. 😫 Waited a long time for simple drink. Stood there patiently while call in orders trumped people that entered and stood in line. Common challenge in stores these days. Oh well, digitally outsmarted again. Do not ask, as the canned answer is "first come, first serve"! Anyway. My drink was made wrong with wrong name. Now that is a mistake I accept. Most stores are training new help...everywhere. I don't know, just something very satisfying about walking into a coffee shop as a human being, connecting, ordering, feeling good about simple conversation and eye contact. Peace...

The cashier apologized but the girl who was making my drink made this face and huffed and puffed and was just bothered that she had to make my drink again. Her name was Kay and she was so unprofessional by doing that.
