Jamba — Restaurant in Oʻahu

Was excited to try the new Impossible sandwhich (vegan patty) and also wanted to see if it was like the Starbucks Impossible Sandwhich. Ordered and was disappointed we got a egg spinach sandwhich thing. Called jamba and told them the order was wrong & the girl answered because new cashier etc. and so come in to get the right order. Sent my aunt in to retrieve the right order and opened the bag when we got home & got the same egg sandwhich. Got home called them and corrected whoever answered at jamba that the Impossible Sandwhich is supposed to have a vegan patty in it and said that they shouldnt say the impossible sandwhich has an egg in it and thats how it comes and also if they dont have the impossible sandwhich they shouldnt say they hv it. Then called the jamba juice in kunia and asked the worker if they hv the impossible sandwhich and he answered yes the sandwhich with the vegan patty. Will be going kunia jamba juice from now on.2 stars for waikele for the right order of jamba...

Went to pay with gift cards today and was told there was no money on either gift cards. After speaking multiple times with the cashier that they were new gift cards and they had not been used at all and there should be $ 50 in credit, I was asked if there was another form of payment. My daughter got these gift cards from family members who knew she loved Jamba Juice. After waiting 20 minutes for multiple people to figure out how to use these gift cards, they were finally able to figure it out. Needless to say, won’t be going to this Jamba Juice store anytime soon. Customer service is lacking and the fact that we were told there was no money on either gift cards was disappointing. Best part is we did not get either gift card back and I know there was money still left on the gift card. It just wasn’t worth the effort. Sad to say this company has taken a turn...

I regularly order a medium peanut butter mood with a whey protein boost for an extra $0.25, which typically upgrades the size to a large because of the whey protein. Today when I received my order, the employee gave me a medium size cup instead or the typical large size. This tells me one of the two outcomes: the employee either did not add the whey protein boost to my order, or the employee decided to fill the medium cup and threw away the extra with asking me if I wanted it or not. Regardless, I'm disappointed with the service. Jamba Juice, you can keep my $0.25 and I'll add an extra 1...
