I for one HATE going to get a new phone. Usually the employees are rude and spend very little time with you & all they want to do is make a sale? Well that was NOT the case at this store in Oak Creek. My wife and I were lucky enough to get Mr. Logan Weinert as our cell phone savior. I`m so used to this process taking hours, especially transferring information from one phone to the next. That was not the case here. Logan had us hooked up with a new phone and ALL data transferred within an hour. He was so nice, so knowledgeable about the product and made us feel totally at ease. He took the time to explain everything to us step by step as well as all the advantages of this new phone. While waiting for data transfer he not only kept us company with plenty of conversation, but helped new customers who came in the store at the SAME TIME. I wish everyone had the work ethic of this young man. We found out he also works full time as a stone mason. He truly is an incredible employee. Whoever trained him did a fantastic job and whoever hired him....well you are extremely lucky to have him as an employee. Read moreAfter almost 2 years of my girlfriend begging me to switch over to US Cellular from our current provider (T-mobile), I caved and decided to pull the trigger. We have property in Pelican Lake, WI and service is subpar. Went to US Cellular in Oak Creek with about 10 mins left until they were closing and gave the guy the quote I had received earlier today and said that I wanted to purchase the S22 Ultra. Now I understand it wasn't the best of timing but any other provider takes customers until "closing time" and will activate the phone after the store closes. Considering I am switching from a competitor, I especially expected to be taken care of. I was met with..."You want to do that tonight?? We're closing in like 5 minutes, man, we can't do that tonight." I was shocked but just walked out.
Terrible customer service like that lost me as a customer for life. If that's how they treat you when you are trying to sign up and give them your money, how will they respond to a problem you may have in the future? Absolutely awful. We will be at Verizon first thing tomorrow morning! 👍🏻

Read moreUpdated 7/21/2020: I was blindsided by the customer service. Robert did NOT fully explain the 50% off a new phone special. I thought I was buying a phone for half the price. Boy, was I wrong. I am being charged monthly for the entire amount of the phone. I am getting a monthly credit for my bill, and not the phone. I wanted to payoff the balance (which I thought would be minimal) because I have been completely unsatisfied with the coverage. My calls keep dropping in various areas within Milwaukee County. I also need to use free wifi in many places I go because I get poor reception. Now, not only do I have to pay the full price for the phone, I am being forced to stay with a company that is unsatisfactory. People: PLEASE pay close attention to what your salesperson is saying. Don't get screwed like I did!!
