If I could rate this nail salon a zero, I would. Please save yourself the time, money and extreme frustration and DO NOT GO HERE!! I have gotten dozens of manicures (regular and shellac) and pedicures over the years and I've been to several places. This nail salon, BY FAR, is the absolute WORST I've ever been to. They have terrible customer service. First, I called a week ahead to schedule an appointment for the day and time I wanted to come in. I arrived on time and it wasn't busy when I got there. I still had to wait 20 minutes to even be put in a chair. I was about to leave because I had other appointments I needed to attend after this. I decided to stick it out. Bad idea. My nails ended up all crooked. I had to go home and file them a bit on my own to straighten them out. You should not have to do that when you spend $60! After one week, my shellac manicure wasn't even the color I had picked out - it totally faded! I called and complained and they had me back in and re-did my nails free of charge because even they agreed they looked terrible after only one week. Fast forward to today, two weeks later. I went to get my shellac nails removed. I walked in on a Sunday, a mere 20 minutes after they opened. The manager walked up to the front and he 'huffed' at me after I asked him if they could please remove my nails. He then said "we are busy, come back." I was shocked. Did they really try to turn me away? I asked when. He said "45 minutes". I left and I happily went elsewhere with my business. I gave this place 3 tries before posting this review! I never write reviews but I have to due to the poor and rude customer service I received EVERYTIME I went! I live walking distance from this place and I was so excited to just walk over and get my nails done. All three times I was greeted very rudely- even after calling and asking for an appointment. One time the lady just got up without finishing my nails and my sisters nails to go attend another walk-in. We still didn’t say anything- we sat there patiently without complaining and waited for the receptionist to come and finish our nails. She didn’t even let us dry our nails so we both had messed up toes. Then the next day we show up to get our manicures and get our toe fixed. We had made appointments and they claimed we were lying. I showed the gentleman the number I called and he said something is wrong with my phone and started arguing with us saying I have the wrong number. He rudely rushed us out. Then as I walked out I called that number and the lady in the front picked up. He was embarrassed yet he still had the audacity to continue being rude! All he had to say is can you please reschedule. But he argued and gave rude remarks along with rolling his eyes at us. I wouldn’t recommend wasting your time going here until they get their customer service straight. I was unsatisfied a few years ago for lack of customer service after getting a deep cut after being clipped by owners wife and stopped coming for a few years but due to the convenience of the location I gave them another chance. The last time was 2 months ago. I went in for a gel manicure. The woman doing my nails did not speak to me and seemed disengaged, she spent the most time filing and grinding my already thin nails until they were red in the middle and sore. I had to ask her two times to stop using the hand drill is was hot and painful. It made no sense why she was doing this she just kept going. After the first coat of polish the uv light hurt my nails. I told her and she acted like I was lying, ignored me and continued on. I asked for an extra coat of top coat since I could feel how thin my nails were, to which she did not honor. Within hours nails began to bend to chip. Within the week every single nail was chipped or broke. I didn’t bother to say anything this time since the last time I had an issue the owner was extremely hostile and unnecessarily intense when I was clearly bleeding. It’s been 2 months and I’ve had to let my nails grow out naturally because they are so thin I can not trust these nails to anyone until they grow out. What a disappointment, I will never be for...
