Very beautiful dresses, but if there was another store around like that, I would’ve went there instead. I experienced terrible service from what I believe to be the owner and a few other employees. The first time I came was 30 minutes before closing, okay I understand that. I wasn’t expecting to take much time, we were looking for a certain dress and wanting to pay that night. We found the dress but it wasn’t the exact same, so we asked to try on another one that was very pretty. The lady was obviously upset and told us they were closed. I apologized saying I didn’t realize it was 6 already, I looked at my phone right after to see it was 5:55. They weren’t even closed yet, there was several other costumers in the store, and yet she was very rude about letting us try on just one more dress. We ended up loving it but decided not to take anymore of their time and come back the next day to buy it. The next day got busy so we had to go the day after. I called ahead to make sure they still had it and if they could put it on hold. When we walk in we see the dress by the desk and ask to take it back to try on one last time. They were so crowded, had people standing outside the fitting rooms to see their daughters since there was no room at the couch and surrounding area. When she took the dress off they grabbed it and immediately took it back, when she nicely told them she was actually buying it they acted extremely shocked and said “really?” that’s why we came back! Not many employees to be so oblivious to what we were doing. I wouldn’t have even gone back but couldn’t find that dress or anything similar. When checking out my grandmother was with us and asked a pretty reasonable question. Since most bridal shops have discounts on sample dresses, she asked if they did the same. The lady checking us out could’ve simply said no, we don’t do that. But instead proceeded to treat us like we were stupid, shallowing her speech, and explaining that they are just like a retail store and you don’t get discounts on clothes because people have tried them on. She was being so disrespectful to all of us. Please, if you can find another dress store, don’t go here. $750 dress and to be treated so awful. I hope they hire a new team....

I am disappointed on how the owner chose to conduct business with myself and my teenage daughter after shopping for and ordering a homecoming dress. The experience started off good until we tried to request a refund for an item not yet received that we no longer needed. The owner gave us the option to place dress back on the floor to attempt a sale in which we were told if it sold we could receive a refund. Well bottom line is the dress sold and we were not contacted nor given any type of refund so she did not uphold her end of the deal which I have in writing. Owner claimed dress sold for way less than I paid but did not offer to show me proof. She did offer us store credit for a future purchase within a specific timeframe however that was not the deal we originally agreed upon so owner went back on her word to make extra profit in my opinion. She also made me feel like our budget will not get us much in her high end boutique and pointed me in the direction of her cheaper buys. Made me feel like “pretty woman”who has no business browsing in her shop. And told me I can never place an order at her shop in the future. I don’t think I’ve ever been treated this way or made to feel inferior. Part of the reason we were on a budget in the first place is because I was teaching my daughter that if she wanted something nice she has to work for it and required her to pay half. I apologize for not having $600 to toss out on one dress. I essentially lost close to $300 unless I find something soon in her allotted time frame which I find completely unfair since she went back on her word (that I have in writing) in the...

We visited this boutique in search of a dress for my daughter's senior prom. Mission accomplished! We found the most amazing gown. It was a spectacular experience! I only have one regret; I didn't go there first. It would have definitely been my only stop. But, let me tell you, Ms. Michelle is nothing short of phenomenal! Although shopping for plus sizes can be challenging, she made it easy. She went out of her way to make our trip fun and memorable. And she made my daughter feel like a princess. I was really impressed that she was so warm and attentive. As a matter of fact, all of the staff did a wonderful job of keeping the atmosphere light and airy in the admist of being really busy. Their willingness to make all of the young ladies feel and look beautiful is greatly appreciated. I will definitely continue to utilize this store for all of my family's formal needs. Take it from me, you'll be sorry of you don't go there!! We are delighted the we said yes to the dress and have a keepsake photo...
