As a long time customer of ZAGG products, I went in for a routine screen protector replacement. Which I have done many times for all of my devices over the past several years. The employee which he called himself at Woodlands ZAGG location greeted me with kick back right away. My wife’s phone screen was replaced and old ZAGG screen protector was thrown out by authorized t mobile repair shop. The employee which argued with me telling me it was store policy to have the old one in order to replace with new screen protector. He kept referring to his company policy and stated several time we have to have the old one. After asking him to call his manager which was not present to further discuss the manager reluctantly told the employee he could replace it. However the employee was still refusing to cooperate and was telling me his boss said he would have to pay for replacement since I didn’t provide an old screen protector. I pulled up Zagg’s website and showed him the ZAGG policy stating that the old screen protector was no longer required for replacement. He continued to argue with me until I stated I was calling ZAGG Corporate to have them tell him directly that he should honor my warranty. Ultimately he replaced the screen protector but the level of customer service I received today from both the employee & manager was unprofessional. It was a disgrace to the ZAGG name after being a loyal customer after many years. Sadly they lost a customer today because they didn’t know ZAGG policy being a franchise retailer. Read moreI went to Apple Store to get a new glass screen protector for my 12Pro but they didn’t have it in stock. I had bought mine in March 2021 there and it was a Belkin. Bellingham wanted me to jump hoops to replace it so I figured I’d just by another one there and forget the warranty. I had no intention writing to Belkin, sending photos of the fractured screen, finding my receipt, and waiting 6 weeks for the replacement - IF they even had one. Apple didn’t have one for me either but the associate told me to go to the ZAGG booth. I am glad I did. Ali was super helpful. He got my screen off before I even saw him do it and the screen fit better than the Belkin one. ZAGGs covered more space and the highest end screen protects a lot better with its Blue blocker technology. The thing I like best is the ease of warranty. It’s built upon my phone number associated with the phone, so I just go to any ZAGG booth in a mall and it will be replaced!!. That is my kind of deal. Thanks. This was at The Woodlands...

I dropped the phone and cracked the screen, so I have waited over 6 months for a protected privacy screen whereas they suppose to replace it for 10 dollars. They keep saying it’s coming in next week.
