I unfortunately had a terrible experience at this the Orlando Florida mall location. I was not greeted upon entry. When asking to acquire sizes I had to interrupt multiple loud and theatrical conservations happening in the middle of the sales floor. Not once but twice I had to find someone who was hiding behind the counter on the phone or all 3 ladies gathers in the middle laughing from picking eachother up and playing. When finally able to check out I had questions on ordering my size and using a birthday coupon emailed to me FROM crocs club. I was quickly dismissed hurry an associate named Brythanie who I kept having to fish for attention to assist me in a store I came to shop in. Although it is understood work should have some fun there needs to be som serious direction and focus. As I reluctantly purchased my clogs that were a gift. My partner pointed out how 3 individuals came in tried on clogs and 2 walked out with them in their feet putting the shoes they came in with in their shopping bags. The associates were so busy gathered in the back talking they didnāt even pay attention. I truly hope this is used...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreReally bad experience today, the manager is incredibly rude, disrespectful, talks over me, didn't let me finish talking, it was her way or the highway, I asked for a refund for charms that i bought but changed my mind and she kept giving me the wrong amount in the refund, wouldn't listen, would't look at the amount I payed in the receipt, it would seemed that she couldn't add 2+2.
I bought 6 charms, one was free, that means i paid for 5 at 5 dollars each, 25 dollars in total, first she refund 15, then after I complained she got annoyed and refund another 5 dollars, what was so hard to understand that it was 25, not 15, not 20, 25 dollars since i returned all charms and in the receipt was the amount, 25 dollars, and still she refused and kept saying that her amount was the right one, at the end she did it after fighting through all the process, treating me in a really rude and disrespectful way.
Since she is the manager, she should have a little training about how to treat customers, i understand it is the holidays but i also have a job that have to deal with customers so i know what kind of training a manager...

I checked the signs about your procedure for Covid and went in the store being sure to follow them. Sadly a family of 6, didnāt have the same care.. my shopping trip was cut short because they could not grasp the concept of social distance.. you had signs on your floor telling people where to stand.. none of which mattered.. some members of this party were within inches of me and my child.. as I tried to finish checking out with only half of what I wanted because of this party, your cashier said nothing.. didnāt enforce the store procedure, tell the family to go to the check out line for social distance.. she let them get in my and my childās personal space with as little care as they had...
