Update!: The Gm Gabby called me over the phone very professional and extremely understanding. After hearing both sides he totally understood and said he would make it right for me and get me what I ordered! Apparently he works at the Sanford location mostly! So if you want great service I highly recommend going there instead! I’m changing the rating from 1 to a 4. Once I receive the item (up to a month) I’ll change it to a 5! He truly did give 5 star service. If all plans out i will be going to the SANFORD location and purchasing more beds! Thank you.

I purchased the bed and frame and due to their truck “breaking down” took an extra half a week to get it!
I then received the wrong frame AS THEY ARE SETTING IT UP I call the store and say I received the wrong frame She (catalina) try to denied that’s what she showed EVEN THO I RECOREDED OUR PURCHASE!! I told her I had it on recording and she said she’ll call her boss and will call me back 5 days pass and nothing I call back and she said “we gave you a good deal so keep what you have we can’t do nothing” I have filed for fraud and they will decline your calls! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!! You think you’re getting a deal but then they send you garbage! Read moreUPDATE: After my experience with the manager Gabby I’m updating my review. He was able to resolve all my issues and showed great concern. I wish I would have dealt with him from the beginning to avoid the issues. He really is about quality customer service.
I do not recommend this place. I purchased a good amount of merchandise and upon setting up delivery provided my correct address. No one called me the day of delivery or gave me a window prior to delivery. I had to call and was told someone would call me back. When I finally spoke to Carolina, she was very rude, continued cutting me off and said “I’m not arguing with you. There’s nothing I can do.” I explained I wasn’t trying to argue but express my concerns and she continued to cut me off. They had the wrong address and instead of my delivery arriving at noon it did not get here until 8pm. When I asked to speak with a manager Carolina told me there wasn’t one despite myself having a conversation with the manager the day before. I requested for the manager Gabriel to give me a call back and have not heard from him. Lastly, be sure to check what you ordered. Instead of the sales team informing me about a box spring not coming with the deal they kept trying to sale me on additional items. Literally the worst service. Spend your hard earned money...

She took the time to walk around the store several of times with my husband and I to assist me in locating the proper mattress for our new home. She is knowledgeable of each mattress I expressed interest in telling us all about it. I absolutely love her sense of humor and she provided us with excellent customer service. She took very good care of us. When we got home we notice our box spring was too large for our bed and it was going to be Christmas Eve when we called Sara made us aware that they can indeed do an exchange. She made it truly a smooth transition and we even went back to buy a queen size mattress protector which will serve us wonderfully.
