Churromania Florida Mall — Restaurant in Florida

Churros are delicious, however customer service needs to improve ASAP. I went on January 21 at 5pm and one of the girls (long hair with a braid) had a super bad attitude when I was waiting for my coffee. They gave the churros first and i waited more than 7/8 min for my drinks, in all this time she continue receiving orders from new clients instead of finishing my drinks. Because I was there she was constantly asking me to just pick up 1 of my drink and then wait outside, I said no that i rather wait there and then 4 min after she was like pick the coffee or it will be cold. So they need a manager present in the place with them, if not they will do whatever they want...

So my daughter and I were sitting at their table eating a Pretzel. When an employee came out of there store and said "These tables are for Churro Mania use only you can't sit here". I then attempted to explain that nobody else is sitting there and we would clean up after ourselves. He then said "No, no. It doesn't matter this is for Churro Mania use only. You can't sit here". Little did he know, I was getting ready to order some Dulce de Leche Churros for my husband at home. But there goes that. Horrible customer service. Keep in mind, the tables are in the middle of the outside coridor. Not even in there store....

The food is amazing! The shakes are more of a milk smoothie than a shake, but still yummy. The beef empanada has a lot of flavor and we'll chosen seasoning. The caramel sauce taste that of a light sugar variety, but the nutella was sweet as expected. The churros are all soft and delicious. The passion fruit smoothie was excellent. The icee was as expected just like the movie flavors. Jumbo hot dogs were very filling and the crispy potatoe sticks enhanced the flavor. The bedding for the hot dog buns was like a cornmeal variety so more of a savory than a sweet. Will be back...
