My family and I came into IHOP for dinner and for starters the server was very inattentive. We had drinks with no straws he forgot one of my sons drinks as well. He brought out our appetizers and my kids food and we had no silverware. We literally had to pull two silverware off of another table for my kids to eat their food. Then the server brought out our meals and forgot our pancakes. As I looked at my meal it was not the way I asked for it to be prepaired. I told the server I had an allergy to mushrooms and didn't want them inside my steak tips meal. I also wanted my onions well done and my eggs with cheese. When I received my meal I had mushrooms on my plate. I notified the server and he didn't apologize he just took the plate. He returns to my table with the exact same steak that was picked threw to remove the mushrooms and they added RAW ONIONS on top. My husbands pancakes were raw in the middle and his omelet was ice cold. We explained to the server that we did not want the entrees and asked for the manager. My husband got up to find the manager because he never came to the table. He attempted to talk with the manager to explain the story. I walked up to the counter with my children to pay for the rest of our meal and the manager told us that he would remove the steak tips but not the omelette meal. We attempted to explain that the full omelette meal was untouched on the table and that we were extremely upset with the service. When I asked the manager his name his response was Julian but if you are going to contact corporate I will not remove anything from your check. He completely threatened me in front of my CHILDREN and continued to scream at me. I have never been more embarrassed before in my life. The server name Diana was there and heard exactly how her manager reacted and completely apologized for what her manager did. She acted like more of a manager then the manager on duty. My family and I will never return to this IHOP and truly hope the correct action is taken against this manager before he runs all of your...

Read moreFood poisoning!Ordered the Gomez omelette with pancakes and choc. milk shake . The shake came out nothing like the picture and tasted mostly vanilla not chocolate with white whip cream with a half cherry on top. When we complained we were told they can't do the purple it is bad for you! It is a big mistake with corporate .The pancakes were the same and when we were eating the omelette at first there was no meat in it and it just wasn't good then half way through it the pork was there and rancid! I stopped but my husband but he was already about 3/4 done ! Lol! I told him to stop and called a waitress for help! When I asked to speak to manager about the rancid meat I was told there was not one there! They made us new food but it was terrible all dried out just not good! Honestly had they offered some kind of discount we probably would have been OK with everything at the time because both of us have worked in restaurants before and accidents happen but then I went to give a coupon and was told no we don't take them (no signage anywhere saying this)!! So we ended up with food poisoning and had to pay full price for something we wouldn't eat! The waitress or cashier said we only work here don't get mad at us because the manager isn't here.We did get sick so I called to make sure they threw out the bad pork but there wasn't anyone that could help me! So I called corp. and it has gotten even worse from there. PLEASE DON'T EAT HERE IT'S NOT SAFE! It is a franchise and doesn't follow...
