Hobby Lobby — Local services in Oak Ridge

I'm disappointed that millions of cheaply made, over priced imports have replaced the quality made in America products that would last for decades. Production moved to other cheaper countries bc of the greed of stockholders & corporations. When I was younger I always tried to buy made in U.S.A. products. I knew it would be better quality, & last. Didn't bother me to pay more. It was worth it. What I paid for up front was less in the long run. Now consumers are lucky to find 2-3 items in an entire store that are truly made in the U.S.A. To me it's false advertising when a package says manufactured in America. When truthfully the only thing they did was put a handle on a pot or on a sauce pan. I went bc my sis wanted to go. Bring back the quality "made in America" products. For those who don't have time or money to make or the budget to buy better quality items; the things in Hobby...

Not much to be said, it's a typical hobby/craft store. They have a decent variety of items needed/used for a large variety of crafts/hobbies. Plus they have seasonal decorations and a good selection of home decor. The prices are mostly reasonable, though on my crafts I know the items for sale there are of a lower tier of quality which is why they are cheap but idk about all crafts. Checkout is quick and the employees have been nice every time I have been in and the employees are knowledgeable about their area of the store. Its an older building and that is obvious but it's a clean and nicely organized store. It's a genre store so not everyone has a need to go there but for basic craft supplies, hobby stuff or to browse home decor/seasonal ideas it's my fav store of this type and I'm glad they built this one...

The store was fully stocked with amazing items that you might be looking for for whatever craft project or need you might have however the store clerks were not that very helpful as far as the cashiers and the people up front. I almost felt as though I was inconveniencing them but I will say I did have a return and also when I had checked out I had a couple items I had to be put back and I think that might have aggravated them I would have put them back but they said no they take care of it but they were very unhappy about it I could tell. Other than that there was one person working in the aisle stock and that was very helpful and getting me to what I needed so they're not all hateful just the ones up front and overall environment store was nice and I would probably go back if I...
